During the call the representative introduced me to a service offered by them and told me that they are proceeding with the step. When I said okay, the representative on the other side told me that I have to pay some amount. When the manager called, I was told that i needed you to pay a small final amount for my service to be activated. Hi Team, It has been an absolute horrorÂ working with your guys till now in creating my profile.At every step of the way, , IÂ was promised that this was the last payment, and at every step, I have been asked to pay more and more. I have spent about 25K INR till now. The last straw was when I was asked to pay another 10K to create a "ProfessionalÂ Summary" for my profile. The team did not accept my offer to write my own professional summary and insistedÂ that i pay and only then they will proceed with my account,
I want my money back and I herebyÂ want to disassociate with shine altogether. I am going to write a suitable review and warn others from staying away as well. Kindly return the money I have paid you till now. This is a humble request. I can provide the invoices, I havÂ not used your services at all. This is a horrible experience that will continue to haunt me for years to come,

However, nothing has been fulfilled till date. The sales team says this is the only payment of 3.6k all inclusive
