I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Shine regarding fraudulent services and to request a full refund of my hard-earned money.
I would like to state that if I expressed frustration in my previous communication, it was only because I have not received proper services for the last 8–9 months, despite making full payment. My frustration is completely justified, as I trusted the company, invested my money, and in return have received no useful service, no proper delivery, and no satisfactory support.
The response provided by the company has been unfair and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they have attempted to shift the blame onto me as a customer, which is unacceptable.
The company claims that “services have been initiated.” However, simply initiating services is meaningless unless there are actual deliverables, measurable progress, and tangible results. To date, I have not received any beneficial output or the services that were promised to me at the time of payment.
I strongly believe that I have been subjected to fraudulent practices. Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to kindly intervene in this matter and help me obtain a full refund of my money at the earliest.
