[Resolved] Shine.com — Fake job offer and fraud of depositing money and not refunded | |||||
Myself Hemant Verma. I got a call from [protected] represented himself as shine.com employee (Ritik Sharma), on[protected] around 10 am and said that there is a vacancy in HCL Technologies, if you are interested then I have to complete a procedure according to which I have send them an updated resume, passport size photo and an ID proof and an amount of Rs. 1850 (which was said as refundable). So I completed the procedure and paid the amount through ATM to ATM fund transfer on SBI ATM card no. [protected]. After this he said that I will get a call between 5pm to 7pm for telephonic interview. As said I got a around 6pm, he said that a representative from HCL tech will take your interview, the representative asked me some questions and said that he will inform shine.com if I get selected. The next day I received a call at 11.40am that I have been selected and have to pay Rs. 8500(said as refundable) for 1 month training to which I denied and told that I do not want the offer and also asked to refund the previous amount Rs. 1850. He then said to talk to my senior official who named herself as Khusi (mob no. [protected]) and said that you will not be refunded your money as you are denying the offer provided by as. I insisted so much but she refused and also said that "you will not get a job anywhere that's my guarantee" and cut the phone. I am in a big trouble, please help me!!
