आदरणीय महोदय जी

श्रीमान जी महोदय मेरा नाम आशीष श्रीवास्तव है और मै विदिशा मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी हू। मै शाइन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के नाम पर आये हुए फ़ोन की शिकायत दर्ज़ करनवाने हेतु आपको मेल के द्वारा शिकायत दर्ज करा रहा हू। श्रीमानजी मेरे पास axis बैंक की नौकरी के सम्बंद में अंकित नामक व्यक्ति का फ़ोन आया था जिसने मेरा टेलीफोनिक इंटरव्यू करवाया जिसमे उसने पहले मुझसे रजिस्ट्रशन फी के नाम पर 3000/- रुपए अकाउंट की पूर्ण जानकारी निम्न है।

इस अकाउंट नंबर में पहले 3000 /- रुपए रजिस्ट्रशन के नाम पर, 9500 /- डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन प्रोसेसिंग फी के नाम पर और 25000 /- axis बैंक में कॉर्परट सैलरी अकाउंट ओपन करबाने के नाम पर दिए गए अकाउंट नंबर में जमा कराये अकाउंट की पूर्ण जानकारी मेरे द्वारा पहले ही दे दी गई है, श्रीनामजी मुझे जॉब का ऑफर लेटर मिलने पर मुझे उनकी बातो पर विस्वास होने लगा जिसके लिए उन्होंने 36000 /- इंसोरेंस के नाम पर एवं 25000 /- जॉब बांड के नाम पर जमा कराये गए यह बोलकर 100000 /- रुपए का बांड साइन होगा जिसमे 50000 /- प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी देगी और आपके के लिए 20000 /- हमारी कंपनी पहली बार किसी के लिए देगी और अंकित ने अपनी सैलरी से 5000 /- देने का बोला मुझे उनकी बातो पर विस्वास होगया और मैने 25000 /- रुपये और दिए गए अकाउंट नंबर में जमा कर दिए मै कुछ रिकॉर्ड हुई कॉल, बैंक में डिपोसिट अमाउंट की receive एवं मुझे उनके द्वारा भेजी गई मेल जो pdf format मै save की गई हे आपको भेज रहा हु जो मेल के साथ attech है
श्रीमानजी करीब 15 दिनों से उनके मोबाइल फ़ोन स्विच ऑफ है

श्रीमान जी महोदय मेरा नाम आशीष श्रीवास्तव है मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी हू। मै 18 मई 2017 को शाइन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी से आये हुए फ़ोन की शिकायत दर्ज़ करवाई थी जो मुझे Axis Bank की नौकरी के सम्वन्ध में थी जिसमे मैने उससे संवदित Documents Attached किये गए थे जिसमे मेने 1, 16, 500 ( एक लाख, सोलह हजार पांचसो रुपये की राशि जमा करी थी एवं shine Placement Agency से आये हुई कॉल जिसमे मुझसे NOC के नाम पर 6000 /- एवं 2500 /- रुपए जमा करा लिए गए जो कुल मिलाकर 1, 25, 000 ( एक लाख पचीस हजार रुपए की राशि जमा हो चुकी है परन्तु अभी तक मेरा Resolve नहीं हुईं है नाही Amount Refund हुआ है और नाही Axis बैंक में नौक़री का परन्तु मैने Shine Placement Agency Se आये हुए कॉल एवं NOC कारण पता होने पर मैने अपनी complaint में मैने Mark Resolve कर दिया था जो अभी तक Resolve नहीं हुई है।
अत: आपसे मेरा निवेदन हे ही आप मेरी complaint को Resolve करवाने में मेरी मदद करे।
