I received a call on 3rd March 2023 from Shine.com for application booster services for which I paid Rs.3, 657/-, subsequently, Mr. Shiva Pratap asked me to pay Rs.5, 192/- guaranteeing to get a Sr. level job within 20 working days. However, he did not mention the total cost which should have been stated at the beginning of the first payment. He kept asking me to pay additional different amounts which totaled up to Rs.91, 732/-.
Mr.Pratap then asked me to make one last payment to buy a master leadership course for Rs.29, 499/-. Without informing me, I was then given to talk to another person Mr. Pushpindar. When I stated that I was not interested to buy this course, he gave the phone back to Mr. Pratap who then started talking rudely. He said that I would be losing out on opportunities since I was not buying the course.
The conversation got into an argument which made me realize that i had taken a wrong decision. I want to discontinue all the services and get a full refund of the amount paid. Was this information helpful? |
