I am Fraudulently Cheated and duped a total amount of Rs. 48721 on promise of a high paying job

I receive a call from a person named Abhishek from the phone no. [protected] on 18 Feb 2025 at 17:44 who claimed to be working for Shine.com which he claimed is an HT media company and and asked me to register on the said website for better job opportunities and asked for an amount of Rs. 3292, which I paid through UPI at 17:59 on 18 Feb 2025.

On payment of the same by me he transferred the line to a person named Nishant Sharma who said that he has assigned a relationship manager Vicky Goyal.

After a while I received another call from a person named Vicky Goyal from the phone no. [protected] (at 18:15 on 18 Feb 2025) who lured me of believing that he can arranged interviews for high paying jobs and asked me for another Rs. 6838.

On completion of the payment he asked another payment of Rs. 8495.

When done with these payments he asked for another payment of Rs. 12978 and on completion of the same he asked for another payment of Rs. 17118.

(All four of which are done by ICICI Bank credit card).

Being already paid and repeatedly lured by the person for a good job I paid the aforementioned amounts again and again. All this while I kept asking whether this is the final payment and he said yes there is no more payments after this but he always kept on coming with some other payment and said that these payments are only a small fraction of the salary I’ll get when I get the job.

After that he asked me to pay Rs. 29329, to which I said I don't have any more money and declined any more payment, to which he said if you don't pay there is no service this Payment of Rs. 29329 is essential otherwise earlier payments are of no use. To which I asked for the refund of my payments but he refused and transferred the line to another person named Nitin Kalra which he claimed to be his senior. This person also tried to lure me by big promises but refused to return the money.

This way I was duped a total amount of Rs. 48721 out of which Rs. 3292 was paid via UPI and rest of Rs. 45429 is paid through ICICI Bank Credit card no. [protected] Between 18:00 hrs to 17:45 hrs on 18 Feb 2025 in 4 different transactions.

Kindly take immediate and necessary action.
