[Resolved]  Shine.com — misguidance so need refund

My name is Bhushan Parulekar & I have registered my self in shine jobs dated 12/04/2018. first i got a call from Mr. Chandan & he ask me to pay Rs. 5204 for registration & he confirmed that there will be no other charges need to pay further. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior Mr Saurabh Kumar he said that my profile is not up to mark & we need to update your profile &for this you have to pay Rs . 12843 which I have denied the same then I have received a calle again from him again dated 14th July 2018 told him that this one is the last amount I need to then i said ok and paid that amount also ( order no IN20180714_125669_100111. After that he again call me & ask me to pay money for R.13, 509 to upgrade my CV & few certification course need to pay you need to pay. I have ask him is this full & final amount then he confirmed me that this is the final amount & no need to pay any more amount now. I have ask if any further assistance ask me more money then what to do then he told ask them to speak to me .So I have paid this amount as well Order No. IN20180714_125678_112116 . After this I have received ta call from Saurabh & he take a conference call with Mr. Aup Ghanshyalaal & he ask me to pay more amount for Rs.30, 000/- for IFRS certification . I have all the call records with me
So now I am very very frusted now, so mu humble request you to please refund my money back which I have paid to you dated 14th July ( Rs. 12, 843 / Rs.13, 509/-) as I do not want any certificate or any Guidance from your company, Also I do not want any job enquiry from you

I am Bhushan Parulekar, Today dated 16th July 2018 again I have received a call from Mr. Anup I have asked him there is total misguidance from you company & I do not want any profile upgrade & I will discuss with you Customer service

Then I have received a call from Deepak & I have told him the same thing & ask him to refund my amount but he told me it is not possible so I have told him I will do what I want to do but I do not want any service from you & I haven't use any single service from Shine still they phoning me 2 to 3 times
I am Bhushan Parulekar & they are calling me again & again & harnessing me, I want my refund back as I haven't use any service from Shine.com

I have received a call from Munesh but I am not getting any proper answer and they are keep explaining me for their process and not intention to refund my amount

Why they are not ready refund my amount if I have not use anu service from Shine till date
Dear Shine,

I am not happy the way you guys are communicating in terms of money and process, each time you guys are telling different amount and different requirement in different stages, its not clear to the customers before getting into process,

Total Amount which i paid is : 6, 701.22 + 20, 000+ 32, 344= 59, 045.22 Where the initial stage communicated amount was 37000 for total cost of process, But i actually paid more the money as we discussed,

first i got a call from one person & he ask me to pay Rs. 6701.22 for registration & he confirmed that there will be no other charges need to pay further. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior person (Anup)he said that documentation fee Rs . 20000 and again he told to make the payment of 32, 344 that this one is the last amount I need to then i said ok and paid that amount also .After that he again call me & ask me to pay money for 36, 000 full & final amount then he confirmed me that this is the final amount & no need to pay any more amount now. I have ask if any further assistance ask for more money then what i will do... i said i cant make this payment.

Again today, Saurabh & he take a conference call with Mr. Aup Ghanshyalaal & he ask me to pay more amount for Rs.36, 000/- for IFRS certification and final amount.
So now I am very very frustrated now, so my humble request you to please refund my money back which I have paid to you dated 22th Aug 2018 ( Rs. 59, 045.22) as I do not want any certificate or any Guidance from your company, Also I do not want any job inquiry from you
