"After receiving call from Mr. Sandeep and read about complaints of frauds on Shine customer care, I am totally feeling myself helpless. I had made some changes in my Shine profile in Jan. 17. I had received a call from Shine that Mr. Abhishek is appointed as coordinate for job search and he will call me. I had received a call from Mr. Abhishek (contact no. [protected]), who told me that this is a welcome call from Shine and he will coordinate for job search for me. He told me that there is procedure with 100% job guarantee in Shine for candidates who are looking for middle or top management. A panel of 15 directors/ experts will take interview first before forwarding CV to companies. He told me that if this panel will clear my CV then there is 100% guarantee of job. On his suggestion, I had paid to shine against 03 link sent by Abhishek on 01.02.17. After some time on same date received a call from Abhishek for one more payment for processing my CV to Mr. Maru of panel, for which he had sent a link. I made same payment.
On 04th February received a call from Mr. Abhishek, who told me that my CV has been shortlisted and Mr. Maru will take my interview. At around 12 noon, I was connected with Mr. Maru, who asked some questions from me. He asked for some procedural payments for interview, which were made by me after receiving link from Abhishek. Mr. Abhishek confirmed that these are last payments and as my CV is already shortlisted, so my job is 100% sure. On 07th February 2017, I have received call from Abhishek and he connected me to talk to Mr. Maru. Mr. Maru congratulate me for shortlisting of CV and he told me that he has forwarded my CV, however for 100% job surety I have to undergo some certification courses, for which I had opposed and asked Mr. Abhishek that earlier he told me that there will be no more payment required, but he told me that as my CV is already shortlisted and only these coarses are required. On his advice payments were made to Shine & HT career services. However, this was not end and on 14th Feb. 2017, Abhishek called me and told me that Mr. Pradeep (Maru’s boss) will talked to me. I was connected with Mr. Pradeep, who again asked for some payments against courses. I had refused Abhishek as my account was totally drained out by these services of Shine & HT, but again Abhishek told me that this is last payment and I will get good news very soon.
While I read about complaints on Shine customer care about frauds and Mr, Maru’s name was also there, I was totally blanked as my hard earning money was drained out by Shine & HT. I will not start any course until getting confirmation from HT and Shine.
If this is fraud with me, this is my humble request to Shine & HT to give my money back.
Hope your organization will support in this regard and resolve this matter ASAP.
