[Resolved]  Shine.com — money refund request from shine.com for "scam/fraud/cheating"

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Prajakta, I received a call from Shine.com representative on "18 April, 2024", wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3657/-, initially i showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment. So, i paid this Rs.3567/- by HDFC Credit card and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.

After approx. half an hour, "Navin Kalra" (Relationship Manager) called me from "[protected]" on and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post 20 minutes discussion, he told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get some additional service (2nd payment mentioned below) of Rs.8259/- and i would get service from excellent shine.com . So, with some hesitance, I paid next payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service(3rd service mentioned below) by paying Rs.8447.01/- then i told this so wrong/fraud and he kept on asking money I told him i am not interested in your services and want my refund, he continued saying this service is must to get good job, if i don't avail this then other other 2 bought services would have no meaning and will get "forfeit". I denied as I understood something fishy here. So, i told him once again its a clear fraud/cheating and i need full refund to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.

Below are payment i made to shine.com:-
First payment (Paid) -- Rs.3567/- (Product :- Application Booster Package)
Second payment (Paid) -- Rs.8259/- (Product :- Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling)
Third (Payment not done) - Rs.8447.01/- (Product :- Executive Level Resume Writing Services - Cover Letter- Super Express)

I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund from Shine.com at the earliest.
