Shine.com — Not informed about hidden charges before giving subscription want refund my money.-

I got call from Shine.com and for additional services they asked me to pay Rs. 3657.00.

After everything one person named Pankaj had called yesterday, asking to pay for additional services and I had paid below amount to shine.com yesterday[protected]. I have realized its fraud happened with me and I want my money back. Request your support for getting my fund back.
Refer below Proforma invoice with amount. I had paid total 49500/- to shine.com.

This is 3rd request i still not received my refund and i got call from Shine.com but no clear communication on refund.

I have got partial refund Rs 21708.00 from shine.com and I want pending amount Rs 38176.00 want refund.
As earlier i have already mentioned Mr. Pankaj was not given me exact servise charges amount .
Request your support to getting my pending amount refund.
Also note i have got multiple call for shine.com and forcing for pending services but i do not want any services, I want my amount refund.
