Shine.com doesn't has facility to delete the account and I have been complaining regularly about unwanted calls.. they are spamming with calls.

Today (08/01/2023) morning, I registered on Shine job portal. In the afternoon, a person named Siddharth called me from‪ +[protected]‬ and asked me to register with ₹1400, assuring me that he would place me in MNCs like IQVIA, COGNIZANT, and OMEGA. They promised an offer in IQVIA, and I had an interview where I was asked to pay nearly ₹23490. They assured me that this amount would be refunded by 7 pm today.

Payment needs to inform primary about full charge, threating to pay money otherwise lose your last payment also.

Initially one of the guys spoken about only 3099 and after another person Siva spoken this is the last payment you need to pay after you will receive money through lacs only and after made payment of 4777.00 i informed them unable to make money finally, they convinced to pay only last charge here after no charges...

On 22nd April, 2023 I got call from (Simran) from Gurugram stating that she is from Shine.com company, and after asking the location and job which I wanted to do she gave me number of another man (Akhilesh Kumar) who asked me to send all the details (passport size photo, I'D proof, and latest marksheet). This person from Shine called Nitin Kalra and his associate called Ragini has cheated \me of Rs.26000/- on the pretext of getting me a better job with in 10 days with a salary of 1Cr.

It all turned out to be fake and my repeated complains have not yeild any result.
Please take up this issue for refund of my money....

I have purchased the 1st Service on 22nd march 2023 amount of Rs.3657 informed by agent that one of the representative will assist you to activate the service.

After that I have got a call saying that the service activation will take an 40-45 min. And also available on call with Laptop saying that all the information regarding your career will be taking and then they will assist for the services....

I have sign up on shine.com hoping to get a job but soon I find it frustrating and spam so I tried to delete my account but there is no option to delete your account on their website.
I tried sending them mail but they responded "Please note you only have the option to make your profile inactive. As per policy, we are not allowed to delete the data."
Why I can not delete my own data from a 3rd party website?
