[Resolved] Shine.com — Please Refund of my money

Dear Team,

I have purchased the 1st Service on 22nd march 2023 amount of Rs.3657 informed by agent that one of the representative will assist you to activate the service.

After that I have got a call saying that the service activation will take an 40-45 min. And also available on call with Laptop saying that all the information regarding your career will be taking and then they will assist for the services. They called me during the time I was in office in a busy schedule. At that time the representative send my payment link one by one from shorter amount to bigger amount. Step by step I have paid totally Rs. 1, 37, 987. While I was getting free from my work I just calculate the amount and I got found that I have paid such big amount to them, I just astonished that it's a huge amount. Suddenly I mailed them to refund my money back, but they are not refunding the amount. Actually I am in such a big financial crisis. I am not able to pay back to my Credit card also I have my other liabilities also. Kindly refund my money back.

I got call from my Boss, that's why I disconnected. But again same thing you repeated that you people are not refunding money. But I need my money back. I can't afford this much of amount, kindly understand my situation and refund me back.

I got call from your office he said he is from accounts department name is Mr. Raj. He said we will refund the money, but you need to write a mail to consumer complain and again you need to share your all details in that mail. I told him already I complaint in consumer forum. He said again I have to send mail and he share a mail id to me(consumer.[protected]@list.ru). I mailed with all the details to tht mail id. After one day I got a mail from that id that I have to pay Rs. 7499 for payment gateway. After payment they will refund my full amount within 15mins. I don't understand who is this Mr. Raj. How come they are getting my phone number. You people suppose to return my money instead of that again asking for money.
