[Resolved] Shine.com — Please Refund of my money | |||
Dear Team, I have purchased the 1st Service on 22nd march 2023 amount of Rs.3657 informed by agent that one of the representative will assist you to activate the service. After that I have got a call saying that the service activation will take an 40-45 min. And also available on call with Laptop saying that all the information regarding your career will be taking and then they will assist for the services. They called me during the time I was in office in a busy schedule. At that time the representative send my payment link one by one from shorter amount to bigger amount. Step by step I have paid totally Rs. 1, 37, 987. While I was getting free from my work I just calculate the amount and I got found that I have paid such big amount to them, I just astonished that it's a huge amount. Suddenly I mailed them to refund my money back, but they are not refunding the amount. Actually I am in such a big financial crisis.
