I already paid an amount of 7000 inr for your premium membership for job search. One your customer service executive told me to pay the amount (Rs.7000) for paid service and this is the one time payment for subscription. I have the proof of that call and call recordings. and the agent name aslo. After first paymet he told me to pay another 7000 for certificate varification. I made that payment also. whit in minutes he told me to pay another 8000 for somthing else otherwise your account will not get any benefits. I didn't made that paymet and also he suddently drop that call and from that time I didn't get any response from your side.
I'll wait for 2 or 3 days, If I didn't get any response from your side I 'll definitely go to consumer court against shine.com, and also will share these call recordings and payment details in all digital medias. Was this information helpful? |
