I have received a call from shine paid service (Shine learning) from this number [protected] and they tell me about there service and they (Mailed me the offer) said the cost is rs 3027 no hidden charges and i agreed by him and i paid and he said at 11 am our assigned manager will call you back and after some inquiry the account will active.
At sharp 11 am i have received call from [protected] this number and the person said i am your assigned manager he gave me his mobile number which is [protected].
He said your account will only be active if you take another service that is of rs 3363 otherwise your payment has been collapsed and your which i have already done and there is no refund so i did the transaction again and now i have paid total amount rs 3027+3383=rs6414.
He again said you have to pay again rs 5007 for other service otherwise we will not active any service and rs 6400 is not refundable.
Then i smell something fishy and googled the reviews there was persons in numbers having the same story of fraud.
I am feeling so bad and cheated. I have all the proofs emails and snapshots regarding this.
Please do the needful

Updated by sheshesh I have received the call from shine.com and they are asking for the refund and they ask my ccv number and card no. to refund the amount by asking 10 rs from my account.(i told her this is the clear guidelines of Cyber cell that dont provide these details and suddenly she agrees and asked my Adhara no. and make a virtual Adhara no. by asking the OTP revived on my number.)
I have denied to provide any information and gave her my bank account no. and IFSC code and tell her to directly transfer the amount she said i have forward it to the account department .Its been 4 days i haven't receive any amount. They are not picking up the call and continuously tell me there is server issue. [protected] is the watsapp no. of there representative.
