[Resolved]  Shine.com — Refund Vishal Bhalla ServiceJob related Canada USA

Hi….

Hope Team doing well, I did not receive any refund from Shine team till date in my account .
These points I discussed with employee of shine today which are given below on that number : +91 [protected]

1 After some weeks, again call received from shine team member . Request me to take the service . She asked me what happened during call with Shine . I explained her properly .
What had happened when I did my payment to shine on day when I purchased the service o[censored]SA AND CANADA of JOB OOPORTUNITY.

2. I request to shine member Shobha and their team members Swati and others a number of times call me and i explained the whole thing what had happend during my payment on the day when I did my payment to Shine .
Total amount refund is still pending in my account icici.

3.From the day of payment, I did not use Shine service for a single day.

4.Payment mode which is used by Shine team is not secure, during payments of client who want to get service CC avenue .
I already explained to Client manager and today to their team member again .
What happened during the payment to shine .
She said I understood that some one hack the payment to shine which is done by your side.

5.Team member already deny to given the refund, 84 days I will wait for refund as per policy of bank and Shine refund policy is still awaited.

Note : I am still waiting for policy where mentioned that refund not initiated by SHINE TEAM .

I will go through court in a proper manner and court will reply why payment would not refunded if applicant did not want to take your service . Where is policy ? In which mentioned that if any applicant did not want to take service . Payment would not be refunded ?
