Shine.com — Request for Full Refund and Cancellation of Services

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the persistent calls and unauthorized activation of services from Shine.com. Despite my repeated requests to refrain from initiating any services and to refund the amount I have paid ((INR 31, 000 k), I continue to be subjected to relentless calls and mental harassment.

The lack of transparency and the refusal to process refunds for undelivered or unwanted services are clear violations of consumer rights and ethical business standards.
