[Resolved]  Shine.com — Scam by fake job assistance. Snatched my Rs. 36114/-

On 19 January 2023, I purchased their Resume Booster and Application
highlighter assistance worth Rs. 3656.82 /-. After that, I was getting calls from
Shine.com continuously on my mobile. On 21st January I received a call from Mr. R.K
Sahu employee of Shine.com. He was telling me that your resume is so weak. you
have to make your resume professional so that you get the desired job easily. He said
that I will assist you how to improve your resume to get the desired job. I was very
impressed by his assistance and thought Shine.com is providing great service. But I
had no idea what was about to happen next.
The person told me about next seven days process but did not told me about
their charges. Firstly he send me an invoice on my email Education Verification Plus
Package worth 5192 Rs/- (Including GST) without its documentation and terms and
condition detail, and said you have to purchase it then we will start next process. I
thought may be it is compulsory for my resume. After payment I was expecting that
now will assist my to boost my resume for my interview preparation. (Copy of invoice
sent by him and Payment confirmation is enclosed hereby.)
But the same time he sent me again another invoice of Job Profile
Verification Plus Package worth Rs. 7197.00/- (Including GST) without its
documentation and terms and condition detail. He was forcing me that I have to
purchase this also. Due to his enforcement, I did purchase that also in expectation of
getting a better job opportunity. (Copy of the invoice sent by him and Payment
confirmation is enclosed hereby.)
I was expecting now that I will receive better assistance from Shine.com but the
person Mr R.K. Sahu completely catch my Helplessness and started taking advantage
of my compulsion. Next, he sent me another invoice i.e. Visual Resume for
Experienced Professionals and Featured Profile: 180 days worth Rs. 10038.00/-
(Including GST). I was begging him please don’t do this I don’t have much money. I
am Jobless but he didn’t understand my situation and forced me to purchase this
service. I was really helpless. I said kindly help me on the services which I purchased
but he denied it and forced me to purchase this also. So finally I purchased it.
Again he sent me the invoice of Linkedin Profile Summary, Career
Assessment Test with Expert Counselling and Job and Interview Guidance
Training package worth Rs. 17226.00/- (Including GST) without its documentation
and terms and condition detail. I begged him that I don’t have money kindly stop this.
But he again doing same thing. I completely denied then he said I’ll discount on it and

sent me invoice of Linkedin Profile Summary and Career Assessment Test with
Expert Counselling (removed Job and Interview Guidance Training instead of
doing any discount) worth Total Rs. 13687.00/- (Including GST) without its
documentation and terms and condition details. My mind was totally stopped working
and denied to payment but he said you have to pay otherwise your profile will not work.
My all savings was snatched by Shine.com. Finally, I paid this Rs. 13687 /- amount
also. I asked him if there is any other amount to be paid in the next process he said
no we will go next to the jobs on the move. I thought it’s done but I was wrong.
Next process He sent me another invoice i.e. for Jobs on the Move: 90 Days
and Job and Interview Guidance Training (it was removed from the previous invoice
and added here) Total Rs. 16518.00/- (Including GST) without its documentation and
terms and condition detail. Now I understand that I am completely trapped by this
person named R.K Sahu on behalf of Shine.com. I asked him kindly refund my all
amount please I do not want to take any services from you. He said there is no refund policy in Shine.com. I asked
him why you did not told me about all packages and their rates and terms and
condition, kindly refund my money I don’t want to take any services. he said its on upto
you we do not refund.
