[Resolved]  Shine.com — Shine.com is running a scam by selling packages that promise job opportunities but fail to provide any services.

Before purchasing the packages, Shine.com promised that I would receive job interview calls as a result of their services. Based on this assurance, I decided to buy their premium packages, which included resume enhancement, job application boosters, and guaranteed interview opportunities.

However, after completing the payment, I received transaction and information emails stating that they do not guarantee interview calls from companies or recruiters. This directly contradicts the promises made before the purchase.

It has now been over a month, and I have not received a single interview call. Moreover, their customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address this issue or seek a refund.

I feel deceived by Shine.com, as they made false promises to sell their packages. I want to warn others about this experience to prevent them from falling victim to the same misleading practices.

Even when I contacted about the delay they replied below

"Once any opportunity has been posted by the consultants/recruiters, you will get it over your shine.com portal or via email alerts. We request you to please update your profile with your preferences and search using smart filters. "

So, the promises they mentioned before we pay amount are completely scam, so job seeker can fall for those talks and pay for the packages.

What they promise/mention is different before and after the payment is done.

If you seek revisions for resume corrections, Shine.com will only provide two revisions. Moreover, without the candidate's approval, they prematurely close the executive resume writing service.
