I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your marketing team.
The details provided during the initial discussions were misleading, and once we opted for the subscription, the actual package delivered was entirely different. To make matters worse, there has been a complete lack of response to our calls and emails—even those addressed to higher-level management.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this, I will not be recommending Shine to any HR professionals or companies considering your services. In fact, I will be advising them against it to avoid going through a similar experience.
If I do not receive a proper response to my concerns within the next 24 hours, I will be compelled to share my experience publicly across all relevant HR and recruiter groups, as well as on social media platforms. I believe it's important to ensure others are not misled or subjected to the same poor service.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed immediately.
