Dear Shine.com Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate my concern regarding the services I have received from Shine.com after investing a total of over ₹1.5 lakhs in your offerings on 13th March 2025.

Despite multiple services being marked as “Closed” or “Service in Progress, ” I have not received a single interview call or meaningful follow-up from your team. Other than the preparation of my CV, there has been no engagement or support from your end. This is extremely disappointing and falls far below the expectations set when I made this investment.

I request a full refund of the amount paid, as this experience has proven to be a complete waste of my time, trust, and financial resources. Should this issue not be resolved immediately, I will be compelled to take appropriate action through consumer forums and social media platforms.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
