As i order a iwatch series 5 from you but i got a local defective watch with spoiled battery. This is a worst experience for me. I can’t think a reputed company seller can do this type fraud.

This experience screwed my feelings i have to gift it to someone. I will never suggest anyone to buy from shop 101. I am going to post a blog regarding this to save other customer from the situation from which and suffering. Your mentioned number is also wrong you also not responding over whats app. Kindly replace or provide me the same as you showed me.

Reverse pickup not done since last 15 days for cancelled product. I am the resaller for application shop101 and i have cancelled one of my order due to quality issue and reverse pickup not done from client as well as my money is pending with the shop101 for order id: [protected]. I have alredy given the replacement product to client but reverse pickup and my money is pending with the shop101. Please do the needful to help me to get my refund money from shop101.

I had ordered a watch from shop101, they sent a cheap product and wrond product instead, after. On calling thier customer care after number of attempts and raising complaints over email and phone, whattsapp they asked to courier back the old product and assured me they will send new product. I couriered the wrong product i received but after sending back the product they have stopped responding to my calls and msg. No response at all

Sir i have order 2 product from shop 101 and they send my only 1 product but in the cover its writtens as exact 2 product, but when i open there is only one procuct so, a request for return and they already pick up my return product but till now they dont send me back the money which i spend to but that product.
Please fix my problem as soon as possible.
As i am your regular customer i have order already more than 100 product since last year and sure, i have already face this kind of problem last year and they dont payback my money and my money are gone i still remember how this shop 101 done to me, but this time i will not keep quoit untii i get back my money.

I buy a i watch 4 and give china item and we complain in customer care one person whose name is surojit and his num is [protected]. But he is also fraud. I return my wrong product return to customer care address but now he is not receiving my phone now solve my problem and plz get my refund otherwise i will see all of them and also going to police complain about these person and shop 101.

This guy doesn't even bother. He cares a # about us. Once the money is received. He doesn't bother. We will have file a case against this #.

Even i told him to refund me back n i will send the wrong product back but he didn't even replied to that. I orderd the adidas shoe on 2 sep 19 through this website i. E www.shop101.com and i got some used sandals type shoes which is in very bad condition.. I tried to contact them on whatsapp but no is not regitered on whatsapp so i call them but he cut my phone and then switch off then i mailed them but till now i didn't get ang reply and after two days i called them again and he ans and then i told them about this, he said let me check and call u back but now the mobile is switched off no mail response... I had ordered a pair of slippers online, i even paid them.. As they would charge more for cash on delivery, later it was almost 10 days i did not any response from the seller, i tried to call them, it was switched off and later i mailed them, i even used whatsapp to contact them, they told the parcel will be out soon, it's been 15 days plus, now i am not getting reply on whatsapp also, or any other means. I asked few of the people on their instagram page, they say they too have not recieved any parcel. Hence they are frauds. I demand for a refund of the money transferred, shop 101 customer support always say that they are busy they don't even pick the calls, worst customer support.

I bought bluetooth earphones from shop101 and received it on friday and when i tried to use today then i come to know that they are not working properly. When i spoke to the concern person then he said there is no guarantee or warranty but at the time of purchasing that person assured me that we will change the product.

I didnt recieve any delivery and I have not got my refund. Have tried contacting the seller too but no response.

I ordered a watch from shop101 from seller le brouges on 4th august 2019 and paid online via paytm. The order was successfully placed, and said would dispatch by 5th august.
There was no change in the order status after 5 days, while the website boasted delivery within 1-2days in metro cities if payment made online.
Hence i had to cancel the order.
I have not got my refund. Have tried contacting the seller too but no response.

I have ordered good quality airpods from his re seller, who share me product photos which are too good with it specs and quality was also good and which cost 1600 rs.

But today i got the product, which is too local and worst quality which would cost around 200-300 in local mobile shops.

So i tried to prompt for return, where my re seller mobile is switch off, no response to my messages and emails.

Then contacted shop101 support, they were like you have to contact your re seller for that product we will only check after some followups.

This is worst service every, i didn't got any support for shop101 on return, i brought product from re seller because he is from shop101 and i went through there return policy and those were good.

I ordered the master copy of airpods from airport store-98 surat and they send me the i11 tws airpods and it was not the product that i ordered and the fraud was done with me instead of mastercopy they send me i11 tws company of airpods and they are not the worth of 2000 they send me video of a very good replica and send me the fake airpods please initate the refund as soon as possible

I ordered sports shoes from shop101, but i received completely different cheap pu synthetic shoes. Shop's name is street_fashion05.
I called the customer care but he said that shop 101 is not responsible at all.
The seller is not responding to my calls and keeps blocking my number. The price of the order was 999. And it is the incident of today (26/07/19). Shop 101 has a fraud seller and they could do nothing about it, its sad to know that such sites exist. And, i'm sure i'm not the only one who's been conned like that.

Shop101 is biggest scammer company who not only scamming buyers but also scamming their resellers. I have purchased premium custom domain membership after paying 7999/-.but nothing is customised and premium feature in my website. If somebody purchase anything from site, he received a call, sms, and email within seconds n informing him about shop101. Even if anyone searching my website on Google, Google shows my website with shop101 logo not mine. I have done lots of conversation with their support staff on call and chats, they are used to do false commitment we are resolving the issue in one or two days but did nothing in last one month. Subscription is for one year and one month is totally waste of my time, money and energy. Neither they are refunded my money nor giving the features for what they have charged. Shop101 is biggest fraud in e commerce industry in 2019 who is scamming their premium resellers. They have taken money from resellers and keep doing their on advertising to resellers customers. We are in loss of both the money and customer's trust. Pls don't work with shop101, they are doing a different level of scamming.

Hello i had ordered series 4 watch through instagram which is linked with shop101 they had shown the pics different and they have sent different which is worth of 500 but they took 2199 from me i don’t want the product i just need my money back that’s it i hope u ll do the needful to me. I had thought it’s an genuine online shopping but they bluffed me

When i checked with cc avenue, they confirmed that transaction has been successful but when i called shop 101 they said it was not successful. I need my money to be refund as the money was deducted from my account.

I have not received the refund amount of a returned product and margin amount of products i have reselled till now.
Once when i gave complaint for other return, its refund has been done on correct time. But now i have returned two products which are wrong sized. But the refund proccessed message came, it is not creditted in my bank account. Same in the case of margin. My account details are varified and fine.

My customer received wrong size product and we returned it. Refund processed message has been received from shop101 but it is not credited in my bank account. Also my magin amount has not credited yet, even the processed message has been received before one week.
Customer support team telling me to check it with the bank. My bank account is varified and accepted by your team and once i have receieved a refund amount for another product. So how it comes the mistake of bank.

Simultaneously contacted on the given number but no response some what a person name altaf talk to me and he also betrayed me. Requesting all the people to stay away from www.shop101.com as they are betraying the people. Return my money and take back your product.

I have received a very low quality saree which was more than 1000 rupees. It was delivered very late.
Other order of a pants was cancelled by the wholesaler as the stock was not available. If it is not available then why did they approved the order/updated product in the site?
When i noticed that it is not dispatched even after 4 days i asked them, then only the order got cancelled by them.

Hi everyone just i want to explain you my experience i am a seller in few other compaines to like amazon, flipkart, snapdeal as a seller i know how to sell products on each platforms & we have to follow certain rules from this company i am happy with other companies where i am selling it but this shop101 cheap fellows gambling with new sellers i got 20 or more then 20 orders after getting order i have dispatched 4 order which got delivered & there payment cycle is friday to friday after delivering this 4 orders, one order i got return which was i received it damaged when i received it i emailed them also i have my account manager number so messaged on whatsapp about they said me they will verify & refund me back as all these companies do if you receive damage but till date i didn't received the amount then i realized this company will give my amount then the which delivered 3 other orders for that also they will not give me immediately i stopped delivering the products & started asking my remaining & told them i will not deliver without getting all of the amount which i have delivered since from 3 months following up they just keep telling me that they will give amount in firday but yet that friday not came even they are not ready to give now they bought new think which i was excpeting now they are saying you have not delivered other products for that you have got the panelty so we setteled that amount as panelty. Because of there mistakes we have to give penalty as well as i we have to lose our amount after the products. We as a seller trust & deliver the products to the customers by trusting such kind off fake companies please don't sell & purchase with this shop101 company.
Now i am going to file a complaint on this company. I am attaching the screenshots of which i spoke to companies you guys get to know what happened is it i am telling truth or not.
