Hello sir i am rajesh ram (Rj) living in air force station gorakhpur (U. P). I am the buyer and purchase a shirt from this sales site. I have order the shirt on[protected] and he delivered me on[protected] but he send me wrong one and from that day no. Of times i have call to that number for refund process but nothing happened the number which is provided on the packet was switch off this no.[protected] and one day i call the helpline no. And he provided me a another no. This no. - [protected] his name is satyam he told me to return the product to the return address which is printed on the packet, i was done whatever he said and return the parsal but after parsal the product his no. Is switch off too.
And from that day to now i cant get my refund back.
I request you to please help me to refund my cash.
This is the pictures of shirts which i choose (1st picture) but he sends me wrong one (2nd picture) and also the parsal reciept through india post (3rd picture) from which i parsal the shirt to the return address.

Product ki shiping charge 130+94 thi
Jo inhone 730+790 mai se kat kar balnce muje dena tha.. Par inhone muje jyada shiping charge lga diya or muje sirf 185 rs hi diye..

I ordered the t-shirt on dated 31st october that time its showing dispatch withing 4-5 days.

Till date i didn't received my product.

Seller (Abcustoms) not picking the call.

Cusotmer support (Shop101) always sorry for cause.

But one saying what about product it's dispatching or what happening.

If my product not dispatching than refund my money back.

I never ever experienced such very bad way in online shopping.

I am verryy sorry but nothing to do. Shop101 people called me & requested me to remove my complaint or to mark as resolved. And i did this too. But sorry, this time i cant do this again. Its very very disappointing and annoying.. 1st time wrong product sent by the useless irresponsible wholesaler and i returned it back, now again sent me an incomplete delivery. And may be you people think we don't have another work.. We have enough time for alths.. Kindly never call me shop101 people. Worst experience ever..

I hv ordered few things on 11th nd 13th november, among them 4 orders were canceled by them, which i paid already. Still i didnt get the refund. I am calling then repeatedly but the frauds only say that it will take 10-15days to get the refund. Again from them i got a msg that my acount has been credited with some amount which was my margin profit but it was completely false. Still now i have the same amount in my account that i had. Shop101 is the biggest fraud company. Should be taken legan action against them.

I had ordered a dress material from shop101 dealer mr. Ayyappan based on an ad posted in facebook. I received the material, but it was different from what i had ordered. Hence i wanted to return the item for which ayyappan agreed. As per the return request submitted to shop101 on my behalf by ayyappan, their courier partner came home and collected the material. It was delivered to a j fashions of shop101 on 10th october. Till date i have not received any refund. All my messages and phone calls remain unanswered

I had a bad experience with shop 101 app. I ordered a salwar rs1277 through cod, i received the parcel but the product is defective and not shown like picture so i place return but nobody reach me, and they don't try to get this... I also chat with customer service of that app. But no use. So many days passed.. I don't want the parcel, i want my money pls help me

I had ordered 3 tshirts from pandapanti and did card payment. First i got a message that order was placed successfully and money got duducted. Then immidiately got another message and email that order was not placed successfully and if your money was deducted, don't worry, it will be refunded in 5-7 working days. I dint receive refund and nobody is replying on email as well on [protected]@shop101.com since 1 month. I contacted pandapanti guys as well but they are also saying payments are transferred to seller only after delivery so you need to talk to shop101 for that.

I had ordered 3 t-shirts from Instagram where the seller was associated with Shop101 and for safety measures i had ordered from the link given in their bio. But now neither have i received the product nor i am getting my Money back.
I tried calling them on every phone no. Provided and also emailed them many times but i am still not getting any reply.
This was a very terrible experience for me and I'll not buy anything from Instagram now and especially from Shop101. Also I'll ask all my known people to never use this site ever.

I have ordered a shoe worth rs. 1494. I paid it via debit card on 3rd of july. I didn't get the products yet and the refund amount has not been initiated. I have spoken to the customer care. They are just making me fool and disconnecting my call. The seller (Kaara fashion) contact number is not reachable. They are not replying me through email ([protected]@gmail.com). The product is not delivered.
