order no. 44674735 I Have purchased voltas 3star ac from Shopclues.12 days back and i received damaged product. immediately called their contact number and asked them for Return/Replace or refund. they arranged pick up for the product immediately, but its been more than 12 days now. I did not get my refund, neither i got replacement. and they are not responding well whenever i call them refund.shopclues is a cheated web sites. there all products are damaged and very poor conditions. n there are not setisfied to client problem. and i complaint this sites to consumer court. I suggest to all people please do not purchase any product to this sites.

I had ordered a Micromax 50C1200FHD/50C5500FHD 124 cm (49 inch) LED TV [Order Number: 50733905, Return Number: 1402781]. A damaged product was delivered. The LED screen/panel was cracked badly. The complaint was raised immediately on the same day for a refund. It has been more than 2-weeks, and still the issue is dragging with inappropriate reasons such as "merchant unavailable". The pictures had been uploaded by clearly highlighting the damaged product. A complete video of the opening of the package has been shot too, which I have in my disposal.
Delay tactics are being used with silly reasons such as "merchant unavailable", etc. The issue is still not resolved even after more than 2-weeks of receiving the product.
