Dear sir, i had ordered tv sony bravia kdl 32w700b full hd sum of rs. 35199/- on dated 26/01/2016 against order/bill no 83622298 from shopclues.com but they have delivered wrong product sony bravia kdl 32w700c instead of sony bravia kdl 32w700b. I have informed on same day to shopclues customer care. After long follows up they have taken back tv but my refund is pending since long time.
