Till now i didn't get any email regarding tracking details

But they are not responding
There isn't any customer care number available to call them

Hi,

Have placed an odred on 5th oct’18 on shopeyard (Order[protected]

I have ordered 3 books but only 2 books were delivered to me, the order status is completed on the website.

Also one book which was delivered is received in damaged condition. There is a hole in the book and first few chapters can’t be read.

I tired to contact the customer care via mail, but still waiting for their reply till date (23/10/2018).

Please help me in getting my order. I had already payed the order amount (Including the delivering charges)

I have paid rs. 780 for shine india monthly current affairs magazine 1 year subscription - telugu medium.

For the first month every thing is fine and i have received book on time and they even sent the tracking details as well, second month nothing happened and even after sending so many emails no one dared to respond.

Kindly return my money or send the books, coz my cousin has an exam in the next couple of months and late deliveries will not help.

I Ordered around 2500/- Rs worth of books I did not receive single book. Order numbers are (Your order #[protected], Your order #[protected]. I complained from their web site but no response at all. Looks like it is fraud website planning to report a complaint on it.

1. For 1 month magazine got skipped
2. Next month i got the different language magazine
3. This month no update as if i will get the magazine or not
4. Sometime the courier details they share is not correct

I have tried repeated mails to [protected]@shopeyard.com, called to their phone number's. Such irresponsibility by the website.
Wasting our valuable time and money.

I wish there is a way i can make them respond by taking the complaint to some legal authority

They are not responding to emails.
If book is not available then why don’t you refund our amount. Playing games with us at exam time.

I have ordered a book on 7th and they dispatched it on 9th and now 14th still i didn't receive my book and the funny part is it is dispatched from hyderabad which is 3hrs from the address. So the biggest mistake i have ever made is to order it from their poor website. They are not at all concerned about order and at least not contacting the concerned courier service to rectify my problem.
So at least now am requesting them for a refund but they are not replying.

Order for a book was made on 22/06/2018 with Order Number[protected]
and CCA Ref number[protected].
but not received the book till now ie 01/08/2018 and refund was also not done by shopeyard.com
worst service facing by them...

I have orderded ncerts books 3 days before but i m not getting any confirmation From shopeyard, only at the time i paid, i got one sms from ccavenue that transaction is successful. After that i checked my account, site is showing you have placed no orders. Yesterday i again mark these books for order when they asked for pay through debit /credit card, i commented there, "I have already paid for same products under order no[protected], and ref no.[protected], now it's showing when logged into my account, , in orders -that new order, under order no.[protected], , but showing" processing ".now I am confused please they don't give response to my mails.
