i purchased some product from www.shophunk.com samsung mobile offer price 699rs but they cheated me.didn't give me didn't give refund. i want to refund amount from shop hunk.com my booking order no. 4189464 my name is r.satish reddy... they said me it is contest if you not win this mobile you will get refund amount. but contest details is not here. Customer care not responded. please help me my amount refundable. my name is satish reddy.

In a contest to win Galaxy 5s smart phone the website asked me to deposit 5000rs, of money and suggested that even if you loose also the same money will appear as credit points so that we can choose products from site and buy them as per our needs.

Later i didn't 'got any update on contest when contacted customer care got news that i lost the contest and no winner name is shared with anyone. This may be a fake contest. But as per conditions my money didn't appeared as credit points. After a long follow up with customer care i received my credit points. Which again you cant use to buy single product on site. Even this one can be compromised.

But from last 4 months i am trying to buy product from site, in which 70% of products are NOT AVAILABLE and remaining 30% are outdated.

Request you to help us with this, and take action to return our money back. Stop this fake contest as soon as possible.

I participated in online purchase of Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile at shophunk.com on 25.10.2014. Their offer price was Rs. 699/- i paid it through Netbanking. After payment pop up message displayed that i have been registered with shophunk and password has been created. Later, i tried to login in the wbsite with same password and after several attempts i was not allowed to login. I tried to call their customer care no. [protected] several times and every time replied with voice recorder that all customer care representatives are busy. I have also seen similar type of complaint earlier lodged by some other consumers in this site. respected sir/madam i have log in to shophunk for contest related on 22nd September 2014, I have paid re's 999/- on COD they had told me that if you could not win the contest you will get your money back which is re's 999/- they had told me we will send you a watch as free gift, I have recived a watch but what return on invoice brand of watch canopus but they had send belmont watch which is not on working condition. i am trying to call customer care at shophunk but no 1 receiving call please help me with this matter it is total fraud going on online how many people are getting fraud with this company .

hello sir/madam, this is ketan sakaria i got a message from shophunk.com that u have won samsung s4 by paying just 699/-. i got happy and transferd the money in their account trans.id 4306102. and then they said details will be send to u on email in the email they said thanks for participating in contest. I have been cheated and like me lots of others also had been kindly look forward to the matter urgently and please take neccessary action against this company.

I was browsing through a website and suddenly got the pop of a message of winning of one of several phones - I phone or Samsung s5 with Rs 699 as shipment charge with a flash "claim now" your reward It asked me for a payment immediately and took me to a payment gateway for shipment and Handling. I paid it without a background check I was shocked to receive a confirmation mail saying, "thanks for entering the contest" and "lucky winner will be chosen once a month by lucky draw and lucky winner will get the product only after 100 days The land lines numbers given by them don't work at all. These People are cheating in the name of contest Bloody Loosers.I accept that i was a fool to get into their Trap and surely i Learnt a Lesson as it is being said in a proverb"That a blind man Looses his stick only once".I dont know whether i would get back my money or not? and their customer care no are not working the same Robotic voice is put into a loop it keeps on repeating the same thing and i know that there is no contest as such.It was just a trick to loot ur money.Request all the people not to fall in the trap.
