With reference to the subject and the attachments, I have participated in a contest and have paid Rs 399/- thru online. Till now i have not got any information of the contest, whether i have won or not?. If i have not won i must be able to use the money as credit points and can participate in another contest. But, when am trying to participate in another contest am shocked to see that the money i have paid earlier is not transferred into credit points and am not able to participate in another contest. Sir, I was informed that i have won a ipod phone in the lottery and that if i deposit Rs.699/- i will receie the phone. After i deposited the amount, there is no news from the party and also there is no more the advertisemnet coming on my screen which i used tto gert every few minutes. yes i have also facing same problem.i have transerred transferred rs.699.on 28th may 2014 by netbanking at6.04pm.my transaction id no.2867674 from andrabank for purchase of Samsung galaxy grand. I have not receive anything at my address even no correspondence regarding the matter.please return my moneyback.my email Id Is [protected]@gmail.com.in.if this things will happen with the customers.than nobody will believe t market online.they customers will believe that all companies are cheater.

it was some contest and now they are not ready to refund my money asking me to place and order for some product instead of refund and I tried that as well but I dint find any product which I like on their website and so I asked to refund but 2 executive of them named Mohit and rahul every time asking me to mail on [protected]@shophunk.com and their Mr. Vinod kumar the super visor does not reply me with my query. Whenever I call up their help line asking for MR. Vinod Kumar they say he is busy in a meeting and does not transfer the call and secondly at time mohit comes on the call and says he is vinod kumar.

Please resolve my issue Fast.

I have participated in the contest through guest entry in March 2014, I but till now I have not received any information about the contest & not received the account details, password to login the site and redeem the money by purchasing another product. I have paid the money through standard chartered bank credit card & also provide the CVV number.

I have successfully registered for shophunk contest and I have been given as 2278791 as transaction id. I came to know that I have not been selected in the above contest. And I was informed that Rs.699 is in the shophunk account. Now I have seen in the advt. that the rate of the product Sony headphone is Rs.699/- . But when I opt for it.. Once again I have to spend Rs.199 (ie redemption point is 600 and shipping charges Rs.100) When search for the original price of product sony headphone is merely Rs.210 / Rs.250. So it clearly shows tat the company is cheating.. So, it is requested to look into the matter and ask the company to credit the amount of Rs.699/- into my bank account .. In this regard, the staff of shophunk Mr. Pankaj kumar contacted me and assured that the amount will be credited to my bank account. Till date I have not received any communication… expedite the same. After payment on that website displayed like "Thank you for participating in contest, You have successfully registered for shophunk contest. We will be updating you on the result by email. Rs. 799 has been credited to your account. Your username and password has been sent to your emai id",
They have given contact number "[protected]" and email id "[protected]@shophunk.com"

But after registration i didnt received email such username, password, and about my product delivery detail

There is no more link available on that site to ligin and check my account

The given contact number and email id is totally fraud

Kindly take a necessary action, my request is if they are fraud kindly close and restrict and ban the website and kindly save the money of people in future.

Shophunk is conducting contests online. They add credit points to loosers on the contest. I have got it. But there is no options to buy with credit points. My money is stuck with them. The amount was Rs. 1498/- . If I call their customer care they are rude. Some times they cut the calls or they never respond. They conduct lottery which is illegal in India. Sir, I am online shopping by www.shophunk.com and I am paid 820 rupees for ORPAT IRON-177 on 03/04/2014. And the my product of product id is 2387185. The Company tell this product reach 4-5 days but the product is not deliver. I send many email to know the status of my product but the Company not give the any response. So immediately i sent a complaint in their website to refund my amount i dont want to participate in the contest, but till now i did not receive any mail or any message from the company . Now i want to take legal action against that company for cheating me and all the online customers by displaying the misleading add and making fraud to the citizens . As a mozilla user i was asked to participate in shophunk contest for Iphone(Rs.799) and Samsung mobile(Rs.699) on 7th of Feb 2014. I have received confirmation emails even as attached. But I have not received the product after 45 days even. My account shows 1498 as credit points but i am not able to use that for any other item order. I have not received any response even after mailing twice to customer care

Please help on this.

we join u r contest but we r not in lucky contestent but we pay the amount sum of 800rs from our account, we play u r contest on 13th jan, u r condition is that if our not in selected contested so we r purchase some item from u r shophunk.com but we r not able to purchase from u r online site because no satisfied item in u r site..u r not given more then some item so we r not able purchase from u r site we complain in customer care also...

I sud shoped R.s.799 samsung iphone before month febravery.The customer care officer said we will anounced every month first week nu.But till now any mail and response from in this shopping dotcom.Please you don't give a prize na please transfer my money .Please send my money or my iphone.It's true.
