I placed 2 orders on 30/06/2020 of 20 packs of bristol cigarettes and 2 packs of benson & hedges cigarettes. One packed parcel delivered to me on 06/07/2020. When i opened it i saw that there was only 20 packets of bristol cigarettes and 2 packets of b&h was missing so i thought it can deliver afterwords. But after some days when i send mail to shoponn id [protected]@shoponn.in nobody replied on that.
So i called there customer care number which is [protected] on 13/07/2020. A lady told me that due to shortage we were unable to dispatch it but we will dispatch it by today only and will send you dispatch details.
I called again them on 15/07/2020 to ask about dispatch details she told that it is not possible now for us to dispatch your product neither we are going to refund you.

I hv ordered for new mobile realme 3 classic black 64 gb 3 gb ram and hv transferred ₹ 10065 as cost of mobile n shipping cost through net banking. On confirming the order i got email with order no. Orn[protected] to despatch it within 2 days with despatch details. I hv not received any email so far. Yesterday i hv sent email to their customer support. But no reply. It seems to be a fraud company.

I have ordered samsung tab 10.1 (2nos) through www.shoponn.in (Rs.33330). I still haven't got the product and i have cancelled my both orders on dt.23.6.20 but still my refund not came yet. Customer care number is not working. No email reply. Don't know what to do. Please help me out if any government site that look after this kind of fraud.

My order onr[protected] was placed on 20 june, 2020. It's been more than a week now and i have not received any response from them regarding the dispatch status. Would like to cancel and place refund of the same. There is no response from shoponn team yet.

I ordered good knight active plus machine plus refill (2 nos). Payment was made online on 15th june. They are giving fake awb nos with different couriers. I know i have been cheated. They are a fraud. Ppganguli [protected].,

I have made a total payment of Rs.5064 including shipping charges through my credit for Redmi go phone whose order id is ZP5a89c0ac1a47f and the order number on website(shoponn) from which I have made the order is ORN[protected]. I have order it on 21st June 2020 and was supposed to get it b/w 24th June 27thJune. It has not been shipped yet and I dont what is the status of it. I need my product it you can not deliver please refund the money. Please do not fool around poor people like me.

I purchased realme 5s mobile 17th june 2020 delivered date 20th to 23rd june but don't delivered my realme 5s mobile

My experience with shoponn.in was terrible. I just wanted to give it a try, so, it was a small product worth rs. 120 + rs. 90 as shipping charges = rs. 210/-. Guess what, the product never arrived even after several days of promised delivery time. Contacted customer care several time, they don’t reply at all.

Currently, Shoponn is the market leader in the list of worst online shopping websites in india. They hit the rock bottom in almost every aspect of the online purchase experience. Don’t fall for the cheaper prices. Better stick to Amazon, Flipkart etc. I am listing my own experience. This company (NEPL) is based at kolhapur, maharashtra. I purchased Symphony diet air cooler priced Rs 9500 in march 2020. Today is 14 June 2020. I have not yet received the air cooler. When I purchased the air cooler, in two days they gave me a message that the cooler is dispatched through Expressbees but they have not sent me the tracking ID even on repeated requests which means they have not shipped the item. I sent them a number of polite requests regarding my order to which they have not responded. Last week, I sent them a strongly worded email to them. The very next day a lady from shoponn called me as if she is a employee of expressbees telling me that my cooler is lying with them and due to corona virus pandemic they could not deliver the item. They are using the pandemic to cover up all their crap. The interstate trucks have started moving more than a month ago. They still could not deliver the item. They even don’t have courtesy to respond to my emails or calls or to at least call me and tell me what the problem is. Till date they have not sent me the tracking id. I am looking for a legal course now.

Its a fraud company. My order has not been delivered nor refund given.

I have ordered a product from shoponn.in on dated 13/05/2020 for prepaid mode of rs 720+100 for shipping charges and i was supposed to get the delivery of this order on or before 15/05/2020 but after waiting for last one month i haven't got my product and when i tried to contact shopoon.in they firstly saying fake things then ensured me for giving refund but still they haven't paid refund or delivery of product.

I have made an order on 30 march 2020, with Order ID: ORN[protected].

I have cancelled the order on the same day, after cancellation I recevied a mail from the support team [protected]@shoponn.in, I have replied them on mail on March 31 and April 10, 2020 for the refund query. They have not updated on the mail so far.

Despite of this I also tried to reach them on the support number [protected], [protected].

On May 10 they asked me to share the account details and since then I haven't recevie a refund of the amount.

I have already reported the issue through PayPal but I haven't receveied any update.
