[Resolved] Signature Plus Finance Consultant Pvt. Ltd. — Neither paying the loan amount not refunding the money I have paid for it. | |||||
Dear organization please help me. Few days ago I have advertise my requirement of some money through quikr.com. From there one employee named simran rajpoot ( email- simran.[protected]@gmail.com, Phone - [protected]) contacted me on October 10 2015 from this company- Signature Plus Finance Consultant Pvt. Ltd. An Iso 9001:2008 Certified Company Corporate Id No. : U65923up2014ptc067103. . She called me, I told her about my earning details, she told me that within 1 or two week I will get the loan, She told me to deposit an amount of Rs 3500 as processing fee to their company bank account. I have deposited it. After some days I received a document through India post, the document was for any guarantor, but I was not having anyone for it. Thus I called her and told her about it, She told me to manage anyhow. I tried a lot but none of my friends or family members agreed for it. Then I called her again and told her to close my file. She told me that she will do something . After some days she called me again and told me that I have to deposit 23000 for the next remaining process and after that I will get an amount of Rs 2 lakh with 5 % interest for 3 years.I asked her if anything happens wrong then will they refund my money or not, she told me that it is 100% secure and nothing will go wrong and if anything happens wrong then the company will refund the amount. She convinced me so much that I paid the amount. After 5- 6 days I got another document for bank verification . I called her and told her how to fill the documents she told me all the details . At last there was a section where sign of HOD of the company from where I earn is required. As I am a seller on eBay.in I contacted eBay and told them about my problem, they told me to show the monthly invoices and my sale tax details to the loan company . I called Simran and told her the same problem. Then she told me that lawyer will come on 12 dec 2015 to take my statement but till now no one has come . I called her again then she told me that they will verify it online. Now I call her but she doesn't receive my call. Mar 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to their office to resolve my issue. They requested me to delete this post from consumer forum they also warned me that they can put an FIR to police about this, after having a meeting of 2 hours they agreed to refund Rs 10800. I request you all not to apply for loan to any private finance company, if you do I can guarantee that you will face a lots of problems . Its too bad. Don't trust them . | |||||

An iso 9001:2008 certified company corporate id no. : u65923up2014ptc067103.. She called me, i told her about my earning details, she told me that within 1 or two week i will get the loan, then she asked me for sending my salary slip, id proof, address proof and 6 months bank statement for checking my eligibility. As per her request i have sent above mentioned document to her said email id. After two days she told me to deposit an amount of rs.3500/- as file charge to their company bank account. Then i have deposited it and informed her over phone and e-mail about the deposited money. Then she asked me to send my guarantor documents (Id proof, address proof, 6 months bank statement and 3 moths salary slip), and i have sent the same. After some days i received a loan sanction letter through india post. As per the received loan sanction letter, i signed the letter and sent to company address with rs.50 of blank stamp paper-7nos in the name of my guarantor soorya krishna kaimal and i informed her over phone and e-mail about the sent document. Then next day she called me again and told me that i have to deposit rs.28625/- for the next remaining process and they need our (Me and guarantor) bank signature verification too. After that i will get an amount of rs.10 lakh (Sanctioned loan) with 5 % interest for 12 years. After some days i received a document (Loan sanction letter, agreement) through india post. Then i signed the agreement and took dd of rs.28625. After that i sent the all documents including signed agreement, bank signature verification and dd. After that i called her and asked for updates. Then she told me that lawyer will come on 23 march 2016 to verify my statement but till now no one has come. Then i call her again and again but i didn’t get any response from her and she blocked my mobile number too. I called her again from another number then she told me that they will verify it soon. Now i call her but she doesn't receive my call. I call again and again but she doesn't pick my call neither return any call. Please help me.

I needed some money so I visited signature plus finance pvt ltd site ...Akash named person who is working in signature plus finance company pvt.ltd called me and told me about company and agreed to give 2lacs as a loan .He told for filing purpose 3500 rupees send to signature plus name so I send 3500 rupees but some system error 3500 rupees two times transfered to said account .I called ICICI customer care they told that transaction has been successfully done so can't withdraw.
I called Akash and told everything than he agreed to refund .I'm continuing following up I don't want loan now you refund seven thousand rupees as and you can deduct your charges but from two days he is not picking my call ..I'm a poor guy so please refund money..other I have to go to the police.
The details of my account has been sent through mail to Akash.
