[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Cancellation and Refund

I enrolled in a Master's program and did a payment of 40k in the month of July. The classes started on Aug 20. Even though I had told about my concerns relating to the course I was not made aware of the 7 days return policy. Now, after attending the session I am not satisfied and I raised a ticket for refund and then I was told about the 7 day policy. When I said that the class had just started I was told they could help as cancellation and refund can happen only within 7 days of the purchase and this is the policy. Now, my 40k for which I need to pay EMI seems to be wasted.

How can one cancel the enrolled course without even having a trial of the session and thus 7 days cancellation policy is not appropriate.
