Hello, i had enrolled in the class on sat 16th July, attended the live session on monday i.e 18th July, didnt liked the teaching and the method so the next day texted my enroller asking in how many days can i cancel the enrolment due these issues, she said 7 days but she said me to attend the classes still for that day but didnt give any intimation for the 2nd live class even asking her about the criteria, i waited for her call the whole day on 19th as she said that she would be changing my batch, but no call from her side. Hence i said her to cancel my enrollment, but she didn't she just said that she needs to call me, but i was in my office so couldn't talk to her and just said to first cancel and will call her back once i am at home. She didn't reply, i asked her again but no reply again even after seeing the msg, the next day also i tried calling her but she didn't pick my call. I called the customer care to raise a request to cancel my subscription that person raised a request stating everything was in cancellation criteria. He said he has forwarded and will receive a call in 24/48 hours. Later i got a call from shalini, she said that first you need to give the test only then will she be able to cancel my subscription, i gave the test then today (22/07/22) somehow in afternoon as she said if i cleared the test only will then i be able to cancel the enrollment, I have also attached all the proof of the chats which i had. Really the first session only i didn't liked, i was never said about of the live classes criteria, but then too i just attended the 2nd live classes as shalini said me to attend it, but as the same issues i was facing i hence disconnected from the middle of the class. Please some one help me with the cancellation of my enrollment from simplilearn. I have been misled also as i had not given the test so as per the rules without the test given i cant even enroll for the program which is a job guarantee so any which ways it means i had not enrolled only for the program in first place. Attached are some proofs also i didn't know how to raise a request, i had sent a thread over a forum for the same.Please help me
