I had been interested in their online digital course, but was only going to take it if my company provided the funding. I was in touch w one of their reps who allowed me to sample a 20 min webinar. I reiterated to him that my company did not have the funding to put me through the class and I would contact him if/when that did happen. Since April 2016, they have not stopped contacting me, even after several requests to remove my name from their system (email and phone). I have exchanged Tweets w their customer service but their email customer service is non existent. It is getting to the point where I'm feeling harassed, aggravated, and just want them to leave me alone. I would like to be able to fully opt-out and prevent them from contacting me. Today's date is Sept. 28, 2016 and I have several emails to them requesting them to stop contacting me. They have gone unheard.

    Feeling shame about your poor customer support. Having major technical issue in your LMS. Raised the ticket number 804979. More than 5 days over, everyday If i call to know the status, same reply. - "Tomorrow it will get fix.". You people don't have any proper testing team before to make any change in production. Even the quality of the class room training also poor. Wrote an email to your customer team. No reply from the customer support for this. Reg., the ticket no 804979 writing email everyday to [protected]@simplilearn.com . No body is there to reply for that email.

      I was looking for an online course to Togaf 9.1(stage-1, 2) training course and inquired with simplilearn over their website. 2 days later, got a call from their sales rep explaining me the course details and negotiated the price & perks. he sent me the quote which says full refund if we want to cancel this. I paid 1000$ for online course+ instructor led course+ material(downloadable) after paying, I need to call them to get access to the courses, after repeated calls.they gave access to the course and asked me to check online to my suprise, they added an online recordings. immediately, I raised a refund request with their customer care. its been exactly 16 days that I have raised refund request and still no clue on when will they refund the amount.i kept checking with them and their response is "waiting for BU head's decision and will update me" I am planning to wait for few more days and willing to file a fraud law suite here in US(checked with one of friend who is into law) so, be aware.of online courses.its a big lie and fraud. once you pay everything.u will be doomed.
