[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Can't play downloaded videos without a initial internet connection

I downloaded exel course videos in my smartphone which has not any sim card...
Whitout an internet connection Whenever i play the video it shows a pop-up dialogue 'something wents wrong' but when it is connected to the network the video plays simply as it plays.
My problem is, that i haven't always an internet connection at all. So I am unable to watch downloaded videos in the absence of internet connection.
