Hello Team, please cancel my emi loan amount . I have not taken course, not submitted the projects, nothing I have done. My financial condition is very bad now . I am not able to pay emi loan amount every month . I don't want refund of amount . I just want to cancel the emi which gets deducted from my bank account automatically. Please do the needful.

    Refund and Cancellation of Emi

    Address: Simplilearn Solutions Private Limited - #53/1C, Manoj Arcade, 24th Main, HSR Layout Sector 2, Bangalore- 560102

    I have enrolled in "Cyber Security Expert" Master's program on 3rd December. Due to financial constraints i couldn't continue with the program as i currently i am jobless and going through a tough time. On 4th Dec i asked "Shivam Jindal" marketing agent who was selling me the product over phone to cancel it he and he was offering me this and that i knew he was stalling as after 7 days i cant get refund as per their policy.       Cancel loan and course

      I tried many times to cancel my loan taken from propelled for simplilearn. Raised multiple tickets and asked customer support team but no proper response from them simply my amount is getting deducted from my account and getting calls from propelled team regarding emi. I requested propelled team as well to cancel this loan but they said only Institution can do it. Simplilearn is scam just they want to make people money there is no assistance...

        Hi Team,

        I applied for ai and data science pg .i asked the representative of simplilearn to cancel my registration within 2 days of registration, they manipulated me by saying that cannot be done though I saw on simplilearn websites that registration can be cancelled within 7 days of registration. Moreover, I asked the representative that I will join later as I was not comfortable with education loan . He did not listen to me . I have been trying to call him message him, they are not responding . They have taken my 24000 + amount and also are not sending mail to Liquiloans to cancel my registration.
        I have complained lot of times for this but no response .

        I applied in oct and class has not yet started it is stating it will start on 22nd nov .
        Please refund my registration amount and also compensation from n harassment mentally torturing a student and ask Liquiloans to cancel my loan.

          On Nov 5, 2021 I had applied for the Professional Certificate Program in Blockchain by IIT Kanpur course for the 18 Nov cohort and program starting 25 Nov.

          On 6 Nov, Simplilearn consultant Sumer Khan called me and advised me to enroll in the 13 Nov program instead, which I did.

          However, since I had applied for the 25 Nov program, I was invited to the Preview session for this program in which I realized that I was eligible for a 15% discount.

          I informed Sumer Khan about this but he refuses to give me the discount claiming that I had enrolled in the 13 Nov program.

          He also tried to misguide me by claiming falsely that the discount was meant for a course beginning in 2022.

          I have raised ticket 01067763 and tried to explain my case to the Customer Delight team but they simply refuse to acknowledge that it was due to Sumer Khan's fault that I lost the discount.

              I am currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Project Management with Simplilearn. I was given a digital key for a course on the PMI (Project Management Institute) website. The digital key did not work so, I contacted them by email on 11/12/21. I was not satisfied with the lack of customer service. The next day I submitted a request for a refund and withdrawal from the course. Simplilearn has refused to grant me a refund and release from the course. Simplilearn has tried charging me for the remaining balance of the course when it is a 6-month course. I called them on 11/19/21 to try and reach a resolution. Simplilearn is still refusing to grant my request. The longer this goes on its having an effect on my anxiety and depression. I just want to put this whole ordeal behind me.                 I paid a total amount of Rs.33, 039/- today i.e. 19-Nov-2021. But access to the course CEH and other complementary courses were not given. Even customer support cannot be reached on the number they provided. For waiting for hours the phone gets disconnected automatically. No email correspondence also not there for support or report. Only point of contact is the consultant who convinced me to take the course i.e. Subhashree. Now after such painful service on the first day i.e. 19-Nov-2021 only Im demanding refund. I suppose they will be delaying as they are showing 7days to review only.
                On the payment day only I have got the taste of simplilearn's service so please give my money back as soon as possible. Till the time I wasnt paying they were continuously contacting and now no contact.

                    Refund initiate challenges,
                    no refund request accepted and showing reund policy but there was no communication about refund policy before registering candidate.
                    not trustable marketting team.

                    Fake Certification committments
                    Nothing to trust there.

                    Don't waste money with Simili Learn. They are cheating candidates on the name for refund flexibilities.

                    One candidate enroll they show 7 days refund policy and never refund money.

                    Marketing executive (KAKALI) who sold the program to me told me that I can raise a refund request any time and future EMI will be stopped if I am not satisfied with the programs.

                    But now completely washing hands and redirecting to create support ticket and showing me a policy to initiate a refund in 7 days.

                    Whereas First training was started after 15 days of enrollment, How can someone raise a refund in 7 days of enrollment.

                    AND THIS WAS NOT INFORMED TO ME NOW WHEN I AM ASKING FOR REFUND I AM GETTING REFUND POLICY REFERRED OF 7 DAYS WHICH WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ME.

                    I TRUSTED ON SIMPLI LEARN AND I AM CHEATED BY SIMPLI LEARN.

                    I have raised a request for Refund As per discussion with Kakali.

                    They are saying I have to raise a refund request within 7 days. First training was not started within 7 days. also this was not informed to me that i have to raise a refund request in 7 days otherwise i would have not joined this program.

                    I was informed that anytime we can cancel this program and future EMI will be stopped.

                    It seems that I was cheated by Simililearn. Stop making fools of customers. I will make sure that I will not refer anyone to Simpli learn and Spread this on Social media wherever I can.

                    Kindly get my money back and Stop Future EMI.

                    You are cheating customers by making fake commitments while selling courses. And after that I have to struggle like this.

                      Simli learn fake committing for program and faking reund commitments when i am asking for refund.

                      It was mentioned by simili learn marketting excutive called kakali that any time refund can be initiated if i am not happing with training.

                      I was committed for microsoft certification and it is just simili learn waste training.

                      Now they are showing me 7 days refund policy and whcih was never communicated to me.

                      It was mentioned that any time i can get it refunded and future emi of training fees can be stopped if i am not satisfied but now all commitments are denied when it is coming to refund and stop emi.

                      Kindly share escalation matrix with me to escalate this. this is wrong for earning money from candidate by making them fool.

                      Marketing executive (kakali) who sold the program to me told me that i can raise a refund request any time and future emi will be stopped if i am not satisfied with the programs.

                      But now completely washing hands and redirecting to create support ticket and showing me a policy to initiate a refund in 7 days.

                      Whereas first training was started after 15 days of enrollment, how can someone raise a refund in 7 days of enrollment.

                      And this was not informed to me now when i am asking for refund i am getting refund policy referred of 7 days which was never communicated with me.

                      I trusted on simpli learn and i am cheated by simpli learn.

                      I have raised a request for refund as per discussion with kakali.

                      They are saying i have to raise a refund request within 7 days. first training was not started within 7 days. also this was not informed to me that i have to raise a refund request in 7 days otherwise i would have not joined this program.

                      I was informed that anytime we can cancel this program and future emi will be stopped.

                      It seems that i was cheated by simililearn. stop making fools of customers. i will make sure that i will not refer anyone to simpli learn and spread this on social media wherever i can.

                      Kindly get my money back and stop future emi.

                      You are cheating customers by making fake commitments while selling courses. and after that i have to struggle like this.

                        I have taken PMP course with simplilearn and paid 49000/- INR.
                        My package includes Training+ PMI membership+ PMP Exam.
                        From last 20 days I am following up on my PMI membership so that i can access PMI membership site but still no keys provided to me by simplilearn. A ticket was created, matter escalated to their escalation team but every day they are giving me a new date. Now they have sent me an email saying we will give the keys by 30th oct. Now they are also not releasing my PDU certificate which I am suppose to get after completion of my PMP training by 9th oct.
                        I am not comfortable with the service and wants either REFUND or my PMI membership details as soon as possible.

                          " Data Analyst Master Program ", Dated : 10-Apr-2021

                          Chaitra M, Senior Learning Consultant for Data Analytics Scientist, from Simpli-Learn had contacted us in April-2021 and told us that you can take free trial by giving debit card details and no fee will be charged. Let me mention very clearly that i have not watched any free/paid lectures from thier website nor logged in with any id/pw, i dont even know when they put all this on my name. ohk, so now the scene came up this way, that now in Sept-end days our bank statement told that some EMI is pending for some loan, which came as a shock as we had not purchased even a single thing on EMI nor we had any other loans from this bank. So we filed a complaint with the bank and the investigating team from the bank told that we had taken a loan (bigger shock) to pay for some classes fee (even bigger shock) named SIMPLI-LEARN through name "New Bazaar Technology". Then the bank told how many EMI we have paid and how many are pending plus the heavy fee which was charged due to EMI bounced/missed (i didn't knew i had a loan, why would i keep balance ready for EMI). Now when we contacted Simpli-Learn they said we had taken admission but not watched even a single online lecture. First Thing, we never wanted to take any admission, it was just the enquiry and free trial stuff (i didn't even take the free trial). Second thing, if i had taken any course by paying such fees like 45 thousand rupees, that too on loan, why would i not watch those lectures ?

                          This was a total fraud from Simpli-Learn. Now when we have put emails in their complaint department, they are saying cancellation period was 7 days and now can not be refunded, and the solution they are giving is any other alternate course. But boss ? i never wanted to do any course nor do i want any other alternate course. i just want my loan EMI back, close my bank loan and missed EMI. I dont want any extra money in my bank account from you, nor am i saying give me full refund. just close that loan by giving the EMI to the concerned bank. settle whatever is there between you both, and give me back only the amount which was deducted in previous months. Please, we are not a rich family and can not afford such online coarses. Help us to solve this situation, we dont want any alternative coarses or lectures, just give us back our deducted amount and close that bank loan

                          48 hours ?

                          It’s been more than 96 hours and still investigating ?

                          Seems like some murder mystery ?

                          No phone calls for 6 months, No follow ups or intimations, nothing… and now after complaining about the fraud and all this scenarios, today after 6 months they gave their first ever sympathy CALL = how is your course study going on ?

                          Punishment of one enquiry… I regret the day I made enquiry in March/April… never ever get in their trap of free trial, nothing is free, no rules explained, no clarifications given, no intimation of free trial starting/ending, no technical discussion about how was the free trial, do you wish to “switch from free to paid version” (forget the permission/authorization) nothing asked, directly some LOAN dumper from don’t know what third party name was that - New Bazaar Technology… and after that Finish, forget the student, the online class people got their money, 7 days refund deadline crossed, now the poor people are trapped… I still don’t understand why will some one ask for refund if they had not authorized for payment ?
                          And if I had purchased any course which is way above my affordability level, why would I not attend lectures for 6 months ?
                          And why wasn’t there a daily/weekly/monthly deep technical discussions between teacher and student if you call yourself such professional class people ?

                          Please accept that you have done Fraud in the name of Free Trial and now trapped us in loan,
                          It’s so heavy to digest that bank people are chasing us for missed EMI and late fee for a loan that we never intended to take and a class with don’t know what subject they have allotted in front of my name…

                          Just keep some humanity alive before looting people, at least ask them if they can digest this fraud, please keep some HUMANITY alive and please settle that fraud loan with bank directly.

                              3) she never mentioned I need a interested National debit card for signing in to aws account . When I seek help from her as well as raising a ticket the organisation replied boldly they can't do any thing

                              4) she didn't explain me I need to complete all the projects to appear for the exam nither she explained about the organisation completely .iven in the lms portal my conserned questions are missing

                              5) the lms portal is full of tecniqual bugs and not user friendly

                              6) the organisation promised for flexible classes but they are only providing weekend batches

                              7) nither it's mentioned I need to attend live classes. For project submission

                              8)the self learning videos are easily available in the internet as free content

                              9) live class quality is worst
                              Instuctures are not to the mark

                              10)Am getting harrased from the beginning of joining this masters program

                                  Have purchased the product on 26July 2021 . At the time of purchase instead of explaining me the all the terms and conditions .the sales executive make me assigned to lms portal in hurry . Lots of promises are maid during my purchase like flexible class which you are providing only weekend classes .that is inposible for me to attend every week ..your services and tecnics are worst . The portal is complex . Full of misleading information or wrong information . You have promised for project manager and sertificate manager am not reciving it till now . Self learning videos are cheap available on internet study materials are allso not upto the mark . Terms and conditions are tricky .your organization is giving me emotional and psychological pain . My doctor has prescribed me ecg becouse of the mental presure delivers by your organization . wanted refund along with my resignation fee and the liqulize loan I have allredy paid and closing the loan ethere resolve the matter earilest .or I will nedd to file a case in consumer court.
