Simplilearn — Complaint Against simplilearn job guarantee program

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this msg finds you well. I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Simplilearn's Job Guarantee Program, which I enrolled in with the expectation of finding gainful employment upon completion. Unfortunately, my experience with the program has been deeply unsatisfactory and has led to significant financial and emotional distress.

I enrolled in Simplilearn's Job Guarantee Program on [30/07/2023], with the understanding that upon successfully completing the program and fulfilling all the prescribed requirements, I would be provided with job placement assistance or, in the absence of a job offer, a refund of the course fees as per their advertised policy. However, the actual implementation of their so-called "Job Guarantee" has been riddled with deception and evasion of responsibilities.

My complaints against Simplilearn's Job Guarantee Program are as follows:

Lack of Job Placement Support: Despite successfully completing the program and meeting all the stated requirements, Simplilearn has failed to provide any meaningful job placement support. They have been unresponsive to my inquiries and have not offered any assistance in securing employment.

False Promises and Misleading Information: Simplilearn's marketing materials and representatives made promises of high job placement rates and assured job opportunities upon program completion. These claims have proven to be misleading, and I have been left without any tangible prospects for employment.

Inadequate Refund Process: In light of the failure to secure a job as per their advertised job guarantee, I requested a refund of the course fees as per their policy. However, Simplilearn has been uncooperative and has imposed arbitrary conditions and delays in the refund process.

Poor Quality of Instruction: The quality of instruction during the course was subpar, and the materials provided did not adequately prepare me for the job market as promised. This has put me at a disadvantage in my job search.

I have attempted to resolve these issues by communicating directly with Simplilearn's customer support, but my efforts have been met with stonewalling and empty promises. Given the severity of the situation and the financial investment I have made in this program, I am left with no choice but to seek assistance from the Consumer Complaint Court.

I kindly request the Consumer Complaint Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and hold Simplilearn accountable for their deceptive practices and failure to fulfill their advertised commitments. My aim is to either receive the job placement support that was promised or a full refund of the course fees, as per their Job Guarantee Program.
