I enrolled on[protected]

They is no client id

At the time of enrollment for CISA i was given Exam Pass Guarantee by simplilearn sales personnel (Abhilash). I and my brother were enrolled after paying 2500$. Now i gave the exam and failed and they are telling that i did not study and i am responsible not simplilearn.

I was even personally given 100% assurance of clearing the exam by sales personnel...

Issue regarding certificate

I completed my course at Simplilearn in INTRODUCTION TO DATA ANALYTICS.I received my certificate but i want to change my name from 19.IBT.040 SAMIKSHA AGARWAL to SAMIKSHA AGARWAL as that was my college id and i want the certificate without my roll no. flashing on it.Your editing option is not working i tried that and also contacted your customer care and live chat and got highly disappointed.
It would be great if you could look into...

Can't play downloaded videos without a initial internet connection

I downloaded exel course videos in my smartphone which has not any sim card...
Whitout an internet connection Whenever i play the video it shows a pop-up dialogue 'something wents wrong' but when it is connected to the network the video plays simply as it plays.
My problem is, that i haven't always an internet connection at all. So I am unable to watch downloaded videos in the absence of internet connection....

Promised for Retake vouchers but now there is no response on help tickets

Enrolled a course but not allowing me to register classes

I have enrolled in a course in simplilearn two months ago. I have to register to join online training but it never allowed me to register. I'm trying to resolve the issue with them for 2 weeks and there is no right response seeing from them. I contacted the account manager multiple times over the email, never got a response from him. Then I reached out to customer support by raising a ticket, after 3 follow-ups got a response but not provided...

course cancellation and refund

I have subscribed to the "dual pgp course for data science and ai" course in 13th february 2020. Immediately after subscription, instead of showing both data science and ai in the course page, i was only able to see data science assigned to me. This issue was only resolved at 18th february 2020. I have enrolled for cissp certification with exam voucher in year 2019. Post completion of training, i had requested for exam voucher. Where simplilearn examination team had asked about 4 tentative dates suitable for appearing for an exam and i shared tentative dates december 26, 2019 february 26, 2020 april 17, 2020 july 28, 2020.

Without informing me the exam team had booked the slot for december...

After attending two sessions i informed their executive to cancel it and he did acknowledged no. Of time and assured me that cancellation is in process. course cancellation or swap issue

I got registered for data science course at simplilearn after they bugged with several phone calls and assured me on call that course can be withdrawn in 7 days after the registration.
I did registration to experience one of the live class sessions and make a decision on simplilearn. Once i got to know that most of the live classes are being held on weekends, i have decided to withdraw from the course and requested them to cancel...

online training fraud.

I have taken course/membership for salesforce training from simplilearn.. At the time of enrollment there said class is very flexible and i could join any time.. The also commit to provide online trainer..

But they are only doing fraud.. They have taken 14k (Rs 14000) for this course but they didn't provide online trainer yes.. It's been almost 6 month now.. Very dispointed from simplilearn training..br...

Poor quality training / poor customer support

Feeling shame about your poor customer support. Having major technical issue in your LMS. Raised the ticket number 804979. More than 5 days over, everyday If i call to know the status, same reply. - "Tomorrow it will get fix.". You people don't have any proper testing team before to make any change in production.     To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding the extremely distressing and unethical conduct of Ms. Shweta Katavakar, who has been misusing religious symbols and institutions—specifically the Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple (Anjaneya)—as a means of psychological harassment, blackmail, and personal gain.

    Details of the Complaint:
    1. Misuse of Religious Name for Blackmail:
    Ms. Katavakar has repeatedly used the name of the Karya Siddhi Anjaneya Temple to emotionally manipulate and blackmail an individual for over 2.5 years. She claimed that by merely mentioning the name of this temple to the person, he became “indebted to her for life.” This was used to exert control and coerce compliance under false spiritual obligations.
    2. False Claims of Copyright Over Mantras:
    In multiple instances, she has claimed personal ownership or copyright over religious mantras associated with the temple. She discourages others from listening to or sharing these mantras, falsely asserting legal rights over spiritual content, which is both misleading and deeply disrespectful to the religious community.
    3. Legal History and Evasion:
    As per available public information, there are 43 legal cases currently pending against her in the Ghaziabad court, and she has allegedly been evading judicial appearances for over 4 years.
    4. Professional Misconduct – Fraudulent Activities:
    It has also come to our notice that she has committed fraud within Simplilearn, making a fake sale by invoking the temple’s name and manipulating spiritual sentiments to influence business decisions.

    Request for Action:

    Given the repeated and harmful behavior exhibited by Ms. Katavakar, I request the following:
    • An immediate investigation into her activities involving emotional abuse and manipulation using religious beliefs.
    • Necessary legal advice or intervention under relevant IPC sections (such as Section 384 for extortion or Section 295 for deliberate acts intended to outrage religious feelings).
    • Guidance on how the victim(s) can proceed with a police complaint or court case.
    • Awareness to be raised against such spiritual and emotional exploitation tactics in the name of religion.

    This case sets a dangerous precedent and is a stark example of how religious devotion is being used to manipulate and harm innocent individuals. It is imperative that such actions are addressed legally and socially to protect others from similar exploitation.

      My self Jayalakshmi Durga, writing to address several grievances regarding the Post Graduate Program in Data Analytics that I purchased from simlilearn organization, as evidenced by the receipt dated[protected], wherein I paid 4979.28 monthly EMI --13 MONTHS--64, 730.64 + 10000 TO SIMPLI-LEARN FEE= 74, 730.64, Totally I PAID- 74, 730.64., For expecting quality education and job assistance. Instead, I got zero mentorship, fake job listings, and false job guarantees. Worse, my personal data was misused without consent to applied consumer loans to Liquiloans! Despite multiple complaints, they ignored my concerns, causing financial loss and mental distress.
      I demand a full refund in 15 days or will take legal and public action. Fellow Indians, be cautious of such fraudulent ed-tech scams!

        Initially, I used to receive 110 calls daily regarding the PMP requirement. Consequently, I enrolled in the program. However, after completing my enrollment, I didn't hear back from anyone. Taking matters into my own hands, as I had paid for the course, I met all the requirements and planned to take the exam. When I reached out to customer care support for the PMI membership and exam voucher, I was informed that something had expired and I would need to repay the entire amount again. This news left me in complete shock.

        I have tried reaching out to numerous people regarding this issue, but there has been no resolution from anyone. I am not the only one going through this phase, as several others are experiencing the same problem. I urge you to address this issue promptly, as it feels like we are being cheated in the name of Simplilearn.

        Please do the needful to resolve this matter.

            Since its been 6 months Simplilearn has closed this so called “Job guarantee Data Science” course, which you have promised with the Career guidance. And charging 2 Lakhs for it. I didn’t get my Certificate and proper guidance from your team. And without any proper intimation in the beginning, you have closed this course and an online assignment has been fixed without any proper guidance.

            One of your sales executive "Huma" in October 2022, assigned to this course with a monthly emi plan to pay 5600 with a total amount of 1, 68, 000. Darshan (another teammember) and Huma promised me that this will be fully refundable after one month, fully guided by one-on-one professor sessions, career guidance, and also they didn’t talk about any assessment test.

            With her guidance, I have applied to this course and agreed to terms of Full Career Support and one month refundable process, amount only 1, 68, 000 to be paid. Later in one month itself I wanted to cancel the course and asked Huma to cancel the Course and EMI. But Huma, due to her sickness and severe illness she couldn’t connect to her team and go to the office and asked me to wait for one more month to cancel the course. Then next month she told me it is not possible to cancel, and the propelld team (from whom I took this emi of 5600, with 0% interest at initial) had put up so much pressure on my family. So I started taking courses.

            Due to my medical issues and career obstacles, I had no time to focus fully on the course and asked to extend and suddenly Simplilearn has announced the closure of this 2 lakh worth course “job guaranteed”. Still I didn't get the proper details of closure or certificate or guidance or Job related stuff.

            And the Propelled team is pressuring me everyday for the remaining emi amount for around 1, 28, 000 and I have already paid up to 78, 000 with very difficulties. I can no longer afford any payment for this useless course scam, I request your team to cancel my Propelld EMI loan and do not disturb me on this matter.

            I sincerely request you to take action on my EMI (Propelld team) to close my Course EMI.
