[Resolved]  Simplilearn — course cancellation or swap issue

I got registered for data science course at simplilearn after they bugged with several phone calls and assured me on call that course can be withdrawn in 7 days after the registration.
I did registration to experience one of the live class sessions and make a decision on simplilearn. Once i got to know that most of the live classes are being held on weekends, i have decided to withdraw from the course and requested them to cancel my subscription on 6th day.
From then simplilearn’s gameplay was started. Firstly, they asked me to give a proper reason for the decision i made and for all the reasons i had, they came up with some excuses/explanations and made me to cross the 7th day as well. Which kept me out from course withdrawal scenario. Since then, i begged them at least to swap the courses to devops and bigdata engineer, they agreed on this, and past 11 days but their action isn’t coming to an end. Now, they are not responding to my calls nor the emails.

I wasn’t able to withdraw from course nor swap it to different course. I got trapped and made me to loose 58, 000 rs.

Simplilearn learn seems to be fraudulent organization.
There are two ways to contact these simplilearn ###, email and telephone. There would be no acknowledgement nor a response for emails. And when they accidentally answer the call, obvious answer is Course swap would be completed in 24hrs. In my case, many 24hrs of days have been passed. On the other hand, EMI payments gets deducted on time without fail for the course. I am just paying money without receiving 0% service from simplilearn. This depicts their dedication towards the clients, and we can understand how much support a person could get when the course begin.

If this simplilearn is a reputed organization, they would have help me with course swap or apologized me by cancelling the course for their incompetence.

I have registered in data science course on March 10th 2020. Now, it’s April 11th 2020. A month has past. Course cancellation is out of scope as per the simplilearn’s sale representative, though I haven’t used their course content and course swap request is still being processed.
