I had purchased the course on 23 march 2020 but with 24 hours had made a refund request on 24 march 2020 10:37 pm. Still not got a confirmation email from your company wheather refund has been initiated or not. Please look into it i have been calling to support team from 3-4 days but haven't got any satisfactory response from your end. Please look into it my ticket number for refund is 9925.

    From simple learn i m doing the masters program in data science. Every month from my bank account emi's are automatically deducted. Due to some personal reason i am not able to continue in this course for some financial condition. So i request you to please cancel my emi's from your side as soon as possible. I am not in the condition to pay further debts. Please cancel my course.

      Hi team,

      I enrolled for togaf training & certification with simplilearn in july-2019.

      During my enrolment the simplilearn relationship manager haven’t mentioned me about any terms and conditions.

      In feb-2020, i reached to simplilearn support and asked about my togaf examination voucher – i was sad to hear my voucher got expired and i again need to pay additional amount to get my voucher.

      It's very disappointing that simplilearn team didn't even consider to process the exam vouchers just because it got expired.

      It would have been much better if someone from simplilearn would called and informed me that my voucher going to expire.

      During december-2019, i even raised "simplilearn support[protected]" and was misleaded. The support team didn’t mentioned that my voucher going to expire.

      Again i feel like i just paid the entire mount only for live class which is very disappointing.

      I believe simplilearn as an organisation would stick on to their words and get me the justice.

      Can someone from simplilearn management give utmost priority to this issue?

        I recently enrolled a course from simplilearn since i did not like i raised a refund. Simplilearn has not taken any action so far regarding the cancellation of my course. After more than a week am still waiting. Simplilearn and zest as i see both say it has to be done from the others end. Now i receive a message saying it has to be done from my end. From my dashboard the course has to be cancelled. My dashboard says cannot be refunded. Its a tactic simiplilearn uses to sell its course. Dont trust this guys i have had a very worst experience. And still continuing.

        The people in Simplilearn are very good when selling a course. But once you want a refund their behavior is worst. If any one is reading this pls be careful before you plan on buying a course.

                online training fraud.

                I have taken course/membership for salesforce training from simplilearn.. At the time of enrollment there said class is very flexible and i could join any time.. The also commit to provide online trainer..

                But they are only doing fraud.. They have taken 14k (Rs 14000) for this course but they didn't provide online trainer yes.. It's been almost 6 month now.. Very dispointed from simplilearn training..br...

                I had enrolled for togaf 9 online training with simplilearn. I was promised to get a refund in 7-10 days if i discontinue the enrollement.
                I have paid ₹40, 000/-. I joined the class for a day and dint find it much effective and hence cancelled the enrollment on very 2nd day.
                And since then i am following up on getting my money refunded.
                Its 16th sept. After multiple follow ups i was told to get my money latest by end of day 16th sep 2019.
                I havent heard from the simplilearn team on that. They kept repeating the policy of 7-10 working days. But not refunding the money.

                  My refund is ID 7812 same was approved[protected] and it is almost one month now and company has not refunded my amount. Called almost 15-20 times in regular intervals. After every second day but no body is able to give me satisfactory answers why my refund is not credit to my account. They always say it was processed but we do not why it is not credited, as comment of transaction is not mentioned in system and every time I need to talk to refund team first I need to connect to customer care/ learning consultant after calling many times and then he will transfer my call to refund department. No direct contact no to refund department and then when you are talking to refund executive on phone, call get disconnected every time when they tell us that fund status is not mentioned here and they try to contact there Seniour but never make it because I don’t know why phone call disconnected and after that I am not able to connect to customer care again on same date.

                  These people are making fool out of customers and harassing them but not refunding their money and giving excuses which are not acceptable and repeatedly saying the same again and again.

                  Please help us get my fund.

                  They are highly unprofessional people as once their marketing is done they will leave you nowhere, they will not answer your calls anymore, they are just extracting money in terms of their fancy course, I did not recommend this fraudster.firstly they will take the emi and huge amount of loan to it, I am seriously feeling cheated.

                    I paid for the full cissp course and exam voucher, attended all the class sessions, did the assessment and passed the assignment as per requirement but i've not gotten an exam voucher and it is now over 3 months...                       I have enrolled for a Digital Marketing course from Simplilearn for which I have paid a good amount of money. Initially, it was fine as the classes went well and if I had any issues, the help and support team used to fix it immediately.                         I bought the IASSC exam voucher with the green belt course through Simplilearn because they confirmed it will be cheaper with them than getting it from official IASSC site. But now, I have no exam voucher, I WASTED my money no matter how cheap it was. I didn't know there's a time limit I need to request the voucher and it would expire if I don't do it. I'm really disappointed, shouldn't this been conveyed crystal clear up front? and I also don't remember people remind me to request the voucher either.

                          I have purchased a course from naukri learning which has provided simplilearn course. As checked that content is not clear and blur and 50% course is on old version. And now they are not providing me correct course with latest technologies. I have called to naukri/learning team but no-one is responding correctly.

                          Also i trying to connect with concern team but they are again sharing me same content, for which already i have raised issue and still pending at their end.

                            Hi, i had enrolled for scm with simplilearn on 21st of mar 2019 and from the time i have paid they are not responding, except for template email of we will get back soon. I have written several emails for the poor classroom training, no availability to contact and talk. The customer care number goes to a voice mail, the training vendor was also not supportive, i have written more than 10 emails but haven't got any solution. It seems like they are into education business who would call you 10 times to take your hard earned money while requesting for payment but after that nobody is bothered about the service and training quality. Quite frustrating.

                              So, a very serious suggestion. I do not ever, and repeat, ever enroll with simpli learn for any of your courses. I have never come across any unprofessionalism to this extent anywhere..
                              At night sorry midnight 12 joseph the sales guy told to make a payment of 70k and he promised me of 5 courses in master program and 16 elective course and job assistance and life time course access and 15course need projects completion each project as a certificate and resume preparation and iot course included with iot kit..
                              This was told by him and i have email and call recorded and feb 2018 enrolled to the course.
                              No projcertificate r job assistance r resume preparation nothing was done and everyday i msg cal they are not helping for resume preparation they didn't give me iot course or iot kit and they laugh at us.. As we are mad..
                              Joseph and pankaj both are useless and unprofessional employees.
                              The great thing is the institute doesn't know about wat they have promised us... Now i have enough proof will file a case on simplilearn.
                              The certificate on projects are not issued but they have sent me screen shots and websearch please see the images attached.
                              Please never ever join simplilearn...
                              Jigsaw institute is far better.. And keep there words
                              Higher level management is not aware of wats happening in the company that's so annoying...

                                Hi,

                                I have enrolled for ceh course in the month of july 2018 with simplilearn thinking that i will get live classes and interaction session also confirmed by the sales manager i will get the end to end support till the completion of certificate also even after certification. By the time i completed the training ec-counicl has changed their exam bule print and the scoring pattern on 1st of nov 2018 and as per ec-council they have notified to all their partner on their new changes and publication, but simplilearn not shared anything related this changed and even they are not aware of this change until i reach out to them, when i raised the concern with simplilearn and ec-council regarding failure in the exam and then this matter is came out that there was a new change in exam for ceh. But due to simplilearn ignorance of communicating the exam changes to their student i failed in the exam that i scheduled my exam on 11th of nov 2018 even after securing 94 mark out of 125.

                                I have spent huge time and effort to prepare for this exam not fail and of course money is always matter here i paid rs 35000 /- to simplilearn for training and support during my course. So simplilearn is the reason of my failure in the exam because simplearn has not provide the necessary information regarding exam changes.

                                Thank you so much for your response in this regards.

                                Yes, i received call from Vinayak and assured me to provide the Exam re-take Voucher. I would like to thank you for your help and support on this, however this has taken long time to come this far and yet receive the Voucher and i missed an opportunity in my carrier grade change. But appreciate your help in here.

                                I will keep you posted as soon as i received the exam re-take voucher.

                                    I had enrolled to Prince2 online training & certification course few months back. The total cost paid by me for training and exam certification was Rs 40, 000. Due to some personal and career reasons, I am not able to provide exam and get certifications for a couple of years, so I requested to refund back the exam/certification amount, deducting whatever expenses occurred for online training. Certification is provided by Alexos(which is a best practice certification org. from UK). The cost of certification is high ie. around Rs 35, 000. Now Simplilearn is not ready to provide the exam/certification amount refund. They say that they don't have "refund process" for that even though a break-up can be made for certification and training.(ie. on 6th July 2018). Because they don't have a refund process, should I loose Rs 30k+ ?. It is pathetic that a organization that teaches/trains about various processes for different sectors do not have a simple process to refund the amount. If they would have been a honest organization, they would have thought about understanding my current situation and come up with a solution.

                                    Sales representative misled me and I need refund.
                                    I joined data science masters course. While the rep speaking, I told I can join by June after college finishes. He insisted me to register first and start the class from June. He rushed me by telling he can avail 17k off if I register in that day itself. Didn't even mention the refund policy. I repeatedly told I can start by June. Now he says refund is after 7days only and blocked me in WhatsApp.
                                    Heavily manipulating the information. The 7 day policy can be mentioned in May Itself. Instead he told to register and it's free till June.
                                    I wish I could get refund because he blocked me out in WhatsApp.

                                      So, a very serious suggestion. I do not ever, and repeat, ever enroll with simpli learn for any of your courses. I have never come across any unprofessionalism to this extent anywhere.
                                      To give you a back ground, i am a senior public relations professional with one of the agencies in india that is doing extremely well.in order to grow my skills, i decided to learn digital marketing. This would have also, helped me progress in my career. Hence i started my search online for the same. Also got in touch with simpli learn. This was commenced sometime in feb of 2018. From the time i enquired, a mr. Mayank chaubey got hold of my number and would call constantly to have me enrol. He spoke so highly about the course. Of course since he was from the sales team of simpli learn.
                                      Even though i had informed him that my work timings are morning 9 to 6:30 in the evening, i would get frantic calls from him in between my meetings, or my work. Apparently not answering the phone meant call repeated to mayank. It was so annoying that i almost decided not to go with them. Which i eventually realised would have been a good choice.


                                      Even after telling him that i will join in april he kept calling. So much so that he would call me at ungodly hours like 10:30 at night.
                                      Then start the mails. Twice thrice in a day.


                                      Then when the payment assistance came in to scene, mayank was already busy.

                                      He pushed me for the payment immediately which i did of 17000+. Post payment, starts the time when mayank is completely off the face of the earth. I haven’t been able to speak to him since. He won’t revert to my calls or mails at all. Even for the simplest assistance. From the 3rd of april till the 13th of april i would call him or mail him but there was no revert from him at all.

                                      Classic case of extreme unprofessionalism. I had told him that i have a busy schedule due to my work and will not be able to attend classes from the very next day. Please give me some time to get back to you with regards to my wanting to continue with the course. And before i signed up, every response from simpli learn was in ‘yes’ ‘its possible’ ‘we will do it’. But right after the enrolment, the complete demeanour changed 360 degrees. They we not bothered about anything anymore.
                                      Since i was not able to carry on with my classes, considering i had not attended a single session, i decided to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I called the “customer delight number”- which i beg to differ on the name. Spoke to someone who i informed, that i understand that in case of asking for refund there is a 10% deduction which is fine with me.in fact i also offered that more than 10% deduction is fine with me too as long as the percentage is not outrageous.

                                      The girl on the phone said i will check with my seniors and revert in 24 hours on this. And viola a mail lands in my mail box with absolute promptness that the refund would by not possible.
                                      She could have had the decency of telling me that on the phone instead of giving me the run around of “we will sincerely try and process this” and “i will talk to my senior and try and do something”.
                                      Coming to the quality of the course, i have seen only a few recorded classes on the app and this us guy rants on about what the digital marketing is all about. Doesn’t care to explain any concepts first. It is ridiculous, please don’t go for it. A self-learning programme on google or youtube is more informative than this nonsense.
                                      Do not go for a course from simpli learn. Not worth it!!! Its waste of your time and energy topped with the feeling of being played for a fool by these sales executives.

                                      I am working in an MNC and enrolled for a course over here . After my money was transferred through net banking to which I received mail as well, razorpay/ Simplilearn stated they did not. The refund amount period of 5-7 days does not seem to come to an end!!
