Simplilearn — Data science job guarantee program deficiency of service and need refund

.Hi I have enrolled for the course in simplilearn Data science with job guarantee program, worth of Rs 1, 68, 303/- and they provided loan through propelled loan partner on 29th July and attended induction class on August 1st and changed the cohort to September batch and this distance made me unable to realize as this course is 80% Self learning and 20% live classes and no proper content delivered by instructors in live classes, They assured me everything will be taught from scratch, but there is no point of learning from the basics. No job opportunities moreover they are saying that as the IT market is going tough for last 6-9months which led to drop of 39% in IT jobs to extend the course and also giving fraud assistance regarding jobs. Meanwhile EMIs got debited. My careeer service started in simplilearn and I am applying to each and every job that is showing on the portals through simplilearn for the Data science. But here comes the twist, i am graduate in 2007 and post graduate 2019, I have 4 years of experience in different field means my current field is totally different from the Data science field. So, when I apply for freshers post also I am not getting any response from the companies as companies prefers recent graduate pass out and for the experienced profile its senseless to apply as I have experience in totally different field. But, simplilearn team people are saying to apply in eVERY JOB whether it is for fresher or for experienced person and they are saying me that if you need a job in this field then create a fake experience. They told me at the time of enrollment that you will get job easily and after the completion of course within a month.They told that simplilearn has many tie-ups with companies. But, now it seems like a fully and systematic planning. They are not providing any job. It's a pure business model simplilearn has designed to loot us. The amount that they have charged for the course is totally incomparable with the content/service simplilearn has provided. The course amount is overrated. That as not affair as I am blindly paying EMIs but not getting anything in return. I was told at time to enrollment that after completing course within a month you will get job and then you can easily pay your EMI's but nothing happens like that. They did many promises but now I come to know that everything was lie. Now I want to cancel the course and requesting for the refund as it's deficiency of service and breach of trust for what course has been offered. please help me out from this problem, cancel the course and stop the EMI's as early as possible.
