[Resolved] Simplilearn — Enrolled a course but not allowing me to register classes | |
I have enrolled in a course in simplilearn two months ago. I have to register to join online training but it never allowed me to register. I'm trying to resolve the issue with them for 2 weeks and there is no right response seeing from them. I contacted the account manager multiple times over the email, never got a response from him. Then I reached out to customer support by raising a ticket, after 3 follow-ups got a response but not provided a resolution. I called customer care multiple times, most of the time they are not picking calls, dropped voicemail but no response. It has been going on for 2 weeks and every day I'm spending hours to get a resolution from them. Was this information helpful? | |
