False commitment and bad service

I have been committed by Praveen Kumar following:
1) Simplilearn labs will not have restrictions and limitations. Later it was found that even basics were not working. Escalation had happened to Koyel Chowdhury, but no formal communication happened.
2) I was committed evening batch would come from 8th August, but later I have been asked to join 15th Aug batch. Delay was not accounted for.

false promises & incomplete infrmation

A very bad customer experience. Very rude behavior, while selling so nice but when a customer is in pain they refuse, shout, and make false statements. Incomplete information was given by the sales team while selling the course and after paying thousands you get the real picture. fraud offers - 100% granted pass or money back

Their sales manager trying to sell course with attracting sentences like 100% granted pass or money back.
I been trapped with this offer and booked their course,
The course will not help you to pass nor you will get the money back....

course cancellation or swap issue

I got registered for data science course at simplilearn after they bugged with several phone calls and assured me on call that course can be withdrawn in 7 days after the registration.
I did registration to experience one of the live class sessions and make a decision on simplilearn. Once i got to know that most of the live classes are being held on weekends, i have decided to withdraw from the course and requested them to cancel...
