I’m writing to you today in with heavy frustrating pain and to explain the bad the experience I had with simpler learn, the worst experience I have never come across any unprofessionalism to this extent anywhere till date. ON A SERIOUS NOTE soon this would be posted on each and every social media platform including the YouTube I would personally record the video and post it.
Firstly of all let me give what I went through – It’s in the month of October 2020, the sales team was calling us, again and again, to get enrolled and keep on pulling my legs to join the course, while enrolling we were not sure to start we were in the diplomatic situation of 50% Positive – 50% Negative. He said its fine to enrol now because there is a discount and you might not get this later, and that I can cancel the course any point of time in the middle of the course and I specified I can withdraw the course at any time he said a big YES. After Getting So many calls, messages and mail so we thought its fine to get into course, unfortunately, we enrolled, But once we joined we were able the see the real cunning the face of these people that they make as fake promises to achieve their targets.
Finally, I and my friend have been FORCED committed By the Idiot Sales person Dheeraj committed us to join the course with fake promises and wrong commitment. After Enrolling the Course i.e 16th of Oct. they didn’t allow us to take the classes till 7th of November and now, and sadly without knowing all these Frauds we joined the course with trust and hope that I would have a better career in the date science, but unfortunately, lately, we come to kn ki okow that we were trapped.
At last, the time has come we started the course on 7th of November, i.e on the 2nd day of the live class we didn’t like the course. So After Enrolment, we have called several times and even texted in WhatsApp, we were able to see the Blue ticks but sadly no response form sales team. Then the support team from Simplilearn started saying sir we can't cancel because you have crossed the 7 days refund policy from the enrolment date, the question is without going through the classes how would we know the to raise the refund and more evenly you people did even utter a word about the cancellation policy at the time of joining neither dropped documentation to our mail. I tried calling the salesperson more than 20 times but no response, I haven’t been able to speak to him since then till date. He won’t revert to my calls/messages or to mails at all. Even for the simplest assistance. After enrolment, I would call him or text him but there was no revert from him at all. But Over the call, while enrolling the counsellor never said about the 7 days policy. Though we were not interested to do the course still they are forcing me to do so.
This Simpler Learn can change the rules, restrictions and limitations as per there wish. They changed the refund policy after I raised a complaint. FRAUD EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

Raised Tickets – many times many more and I think I have called more than 18 times to customer support, one of the worst customer support they literally make fake promises and wrong commitment that these people will get back to me within the scale of 48hrs even after 3 or 5 days no response, This is not the first the time I think its 5th or 6th time and still keep on repeating the same scenario. These people never bothered to call back to the customer who joined the course and made payment of or Rs: 66, 000.00/- whatever amount. Recently the person @customer support team Mr.sreenidhi. He said he will get back to me with 1hr on[protected] still, there is no reply from him, before that he said he needs to make enquire about with sales team and definitely within 48 of time he will come up the resolution it's 4 days still now I didn’t get any response. This HOW SIMPLE LEARNS WORKS ONE OF THE PATHETIC SALES AND SUPPORT TEAM.
And after sending multiple emails and calls they are offering that they can just swap you to another course you, But we can't refund the money. When someone is not satisfied and not interested with course how can you ask to continue its 66k its not small amount in this pandemic now there are asking to through the policy while salesman lied to o[censored]s at the time of enrolment. It’s totally fraud on SERIOUS Note I demand FULL – REFUND.

Note: Coming to the quality of the course, It is ridiculous, please don’t go for it. A self-learning programme on Google or YouTube is more informative than this nonsense.
Do not go for a course from Simplilearn it’s worth it! Its waste of your time, energy and money with the feeling of being played these bloody sales executives.
Finally, the main reason to withdraw course we got laid off due to pandemic, we raised the complaint about the cancellation this the situation which came across.
