I have purchased an exam voucher from Simplilearn on 6th July 22. However, and I am now being asked to purchase another exam voucher. This issue appears to have arisen due to miscommunication. To add to the matter, I was never informed that the exam must be scheduled at least 15 days prior to the voucher's expiry date. This lack of information has caused inconvenience and frustration on my part, as I was not aware of this requirement.
The voucher is set to expire on 8th July, and I was trying to book Exam on 7th July. However, a lack of communication and clarity surrounding the PMI application processing timeframe has led to a critical miscommunication.
It was never informed to me that PMI takes 3-5 working days to approve the application. Simplilearn didn't recommended to redeem the voucher at least 15 days prior to the exam voucher expiration in order to avoid any issues. Why should i buy the voucher again, if I have already paid for it. Please issue another voucher due to the miscommunication caused by simplilearn.
This was never informed it to my Simplilearn Account Manager or whenever i have raised support ticket to know the process of booing exam. Simplilearn should takes responsibility for the communication gap and provides me with an extension to redeem my PMP Exam voucher.
The helpdesk and online support are a joke. There is no response on open tickets.
the account manager keeps on changing and stopped talking my calls. Was this information helpful? |
I have discovered a severe breach of trust in the services provided by Simplilearn.
The PMI team reviewed the voucher code issued to me and confirmed that it had been utilized by another candidate on May 18th 2023
To think that Simplilearn, a trusted platform, would provide me with a used voucher is nothing short of fraudulent behavior.
