2. applied for exam voucher.
3. No. of calls made to customer care: 10
I have requested for exam voucher on June 23rd 2023. The portal says 48hours. I also logged one more complaint for same after 48 hours. They have put the ticket simply in "Waiting on Third Party" state and not bother to to update further.
Customer care is worst. They tell some technical issues - what kind of issues that acnt be resolved in 10 working days?? . They dont give clarification when asked. They cant transfer call to senior manager or floor manager. Total crap.
These guys are customer care are jokers. They dont even call back even we request call back services.
If simplilearn cant provide service why they are promising.
