SimpliLearn agent Pooja was behind me and calling me multiple times daily to join for the PMP course with exam voucher. The course was 58k and She forced me to pay for the course telling I can join the course as it is offer price and take exam any time. Also when I received the exam expiration date from simplilearn, she asked me to raise support ticket. I raised support ticket 01350774 and while resolving the ticket, the agent promised me I can activate the voucher and exam any time and it will not be expired. But now when I try to activate the voucher, there site is tellling it is expired and there is no response from them narmadha.[protected]@simplilearn.net.
This is a new way of cheating customers, forcing them to pay for course and later not responding to them. Kindly take action against this company as it is not a smaill amount. Kindly contact me on [protected]@gmail.com for furthur details.
