PMI Membership and PMP Exam Voucher reactivation

I had purchaged the PMP® Certification Training with Exam - Elite by paying Rs. 49948.40 (Including tax) on 19- Feb 2024 and it was communicated by account manager that It will be valid for one year. worst service-exam voucher expired due to miscommunication from simplilearn

I have purchased an exam voucher from Simplilearn. However, and I am now being asked to purchase another exam voucher. This issue appears to have arisen due to miscommunication. To add to the matter, I was never informed that the exam must be scheduled at least 15 days prior to the voucher's expiry date. This lack of information has caused inconvenience and frustration on my part, as I was not aware of this requirement.

fraud company giving false promises and taking away money from learners

Taking matters into my own hands, as I had paid for the course, I met all the requirements and planned to take the exam. When I reached out to customer care support for the PMI membership and exam voucher, I was informed that something had expired and I would need to repay the entire amount again. This news left me in complete shock.

I have tried reaching out to numerous people regarding this issue, but there has been no resolution from anyone. I am not the only one going through this phase, as several others are experiencing the same problem. I urge you to address this issue promptly, as it feels like we are being cheated in the name of Simplilearn.

Please do the needful to resolve this matter.

      pmp course and exam voucher

      Hello,

      I have enrolled for PMP course with Simplilearn which I took earlier and later Simplilearn collected the fee for PMP exam voucher and PMI membership promising the support I required. Due to health issues and personal family problems, I could not take the exam and Simplilearn never provided support of any kind. I requested for PMP extension which they are not providing and saying to pay that fees again.

      Since its been 6 months Simplilearn has closed this so called “Job guarantee Data Science” course, which you have promised with the Career guidance. And charging 2 Lakhs for it. I didn’t get my Certificate and proper guidance from your team. And without any proper intimation in the beginning, you have closed this course and an online assignment has been fixed without any proper guidance.

      One of your sales executive "Huma" in October 2022, assigned to this course with a monthly emi plan to pay 5600 with a total amount of 1, 68, 000. Darshan (another teammember) and Huma promised me that this will be fully refundable after one month, fully guided by one-on-one professor sessions, career guidance, and also they didn’t talk about any assessment test.

      With her guidance, I have applied to this course and agreed to terms of Full Career Support and one month refundable process, amount only 1, 68, 000 to be paid. Later in one month itself I wanted to cancel the course and asked Huma to cancel the Course and EMI. But Huma, due to her sickness and severe illness she couldn’t connect to her team and go to the office and asked me to wait for one more month to cancel the course. Then next month she told me it is not possible to cancel, and the propelld team (from whom I took this emi of 5600, with 0% interest at initial) had put up so much pressure on my family. So I started taking courses.

      Due to my medical issues and career obstacles, I had no time to focus fully on the course and asked to extend and suddenly Simplilearn has announced the closure of this 2 lakh worth course “job guaranteed”. Still I didn't get the proper details of closure or certificate or guidance or Job related stuff.

      And the Propelled team is pressuring me everyday for the remaining emi amount for around 1, 28, 000 and I have already paid up to 78, 000 with very difficulties. I can no longer afford any payment for this useless course scam, I request your team to cancel my Propelld EMI loan and do not disturb me on this matter.

      I sincerely request you to take action on my EMI (Propelld team) to close my Course EMI.

        I was join simplilearn in feb 2023 which offered 6 months testing Job gurantee program . course duration is six months but completed in 8 months while my mother and i also met with an accident i tried email or call but not get any genuine responce, i have no job yet, neither are they refunding nor they stop emi and many more issues with simplilearn . pls help asap

          I joined the Data Science in Simplilearn as they assured for Job Guaranteed program for 1, 68, 303. Later, in 30 days, I asked the Simplilearn team (sales), Sales Agent "Huma" to cancel the course immediately. But she had a few health issues and said that she had raised a ticket and will contact me in a few days. Also, I had no access to raise a ticket or contact LMS (simplilearn).

          But after 2 months Propelld team tortured my family and me to pay EMI and the course was not cancelled.
          A guy from the Propelld team said that this course is spam and I won't get a proper response unless I go to Bangalore office and request my Mom to pay emi immediately. Out of pressure, my mom tend to pay EMI Of October. (first emi)

          But the course was not canceled. Also at initial stage, in the invoice that I signed, I was told only the amount of rs. 168303 to be paid and there will be no extra interest rates.

          Later, after 2 months, as they said the course could not be canceled I started taking up those classes and paid EMIs regularly for 14 months now, course is closed completely. Without proper guidance to exams .. At sudden simplilearn has announced a qualifying test that bears questions out of syllabus. Even most of my team members has said even after having completed with test and course. they didn't guide them on the career program,

          Still now I have paid 78000 fees and not willing to continue any further .. I didn't even received my certificate and paying this very useless course. Please help me in this case to cancel the Course EMI from Propelld team.

          Propelld team has applied 11.6 % interest percent in my course amount on sum they are forcing me to pay 2 Lakhs for this course

              Hi I am a learner at simplilearn currently enrolled in PGP in Data Analytics, i was enrolled by Vignesh Nayak (learner success manager) in the year 2022 october, but due to my personal (medical) issue i was not able to continue with my course. In the year 2023 I requested simplilearn to assign me a new cohort so that i can resume my course, please be advised its assigning a new cohort and not a course swap, but after few classes i came to know this course is not my suit and it is getting hard for me to cope up. So i requested simplilearn to swap my course to Digital Marketing which is a less expensive course than data analytics, as company policy says tickets will be resolved within 24-48 hrs mine took 144 hrs i.e 6 days.
              For your information I have not completed even 20% of the course not submitted any projects. I dont see any problem with the swap but today around 12.30 i got a mail that your request has been denied. In the time of enrolment my learner success manager never told anything about THIS COURSE IS NON REFUNDABLE, THIS COURSE CANNOT BE SWAPPED. I was denied my right to information as an Indian citizen.

              I am asking simplilearn should i throw my 1.5 Lakh rupees because it is hard earn and i dont see any serious issue which might in the way of swapping. Its a humble request to simplilearn to proceed with my swapping request.

                Login Issues

                I am writing this email after several attempts to try to resolve my issue. It has been over 2 months that I have been requesting people to resolve my login issues and I have not been able to take classes because of this.
                Also my payment was taken on time. How is that no one can call me and resolve this issue

                Wrong voucher code shared and replacement denied. Unable to give exam and fees not refunded. 50 days and no acknowledgment to social media messages and emails. Peoplecert have confirmed that codes shared are not used for exam and routed me to Simplilearn for code replacement, still not helping.
