[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Issue regarding certificate

I completed my course at Simplilearn in INTRODUCTION TO DATA ANALYTICS.I received my certificate but i want to change my name from 19.IBT.040 SAMIKSHA AGARWAL to SAMIKSHA AGARWAL as that was my college id and i want the certificate without my roll no. flashing on it.Your editing option is not working i tried that and also contacted your customer care and live chat and got highly disappointed.
It would be great if you could look into this and help me out with the same.
