I never thought Simplilearn has very worst customer service. Agents are more active and responsive to collect course fees and don't respond to refund the amount as promised.
Agents give back to back calls to collect payment from us without even giving enough time for us to think.
Agent called me immediately when I was going through BA course details on website and they made me to enroll the course on same day within 2hrs telling that registration link gets expired and the amount will be refunded within 7days and didn't leave me till I make the payment. I do have the recording of the agent who promised me that amount will be refunded within 7days and who forced me to make the payment.
When I called those Agents next day to refund my amount as they told. People are not at all responding, answering my call, not giving supervisor no.
Very Very Very Very much dissatisfied with their service and they don't understand how important 10k is for a middle class person. I'm literally crying for their service and the loss they created me.
Guys please don't believe these people who don't leave you till you make the payment and don't refund amount as they promised us. They don't understand our concern and don't value our money.
My humble request to all please don't believe these people. I have the recording and can share that as well the way they treated me.
