[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Not Providing Exam Voucher and PMI Membership Voucher

Hi,

I have registered Simplilearn course by 25th July. I have paid my Course fees 44556 rupees for the below

1. PMP
2. PMP Exam Only

Initially, I have asked about the PMI Membership, They told that they will provide after completing Live bootcamp training and mentioned that they are saving 45 days for the membership duration.

I have planned to complete my exam in a short span time. I have raised ticket to provide PMI membership voucher on 27th July. From that day, I am keep following the support team on the ticket which i raised . I didnt get any responses till 5th August.

After that, I have raised another ticket and asked about this issue to my relationship manager. They are keep saying that there is some organisational changes happend and it will get resolved. However, I dont get any ETA to get this resolved.

Later I had doubt on their trust and gone through some reviews about this. Seems lot of consumers are facing these issues from this institute.

I am awaiting update from their end still and will take necessary steps further if my issue didnt get resolved.
