I joine a course with Simplilearn and I had explicitly told them that i will confirm the time and date and pay the course. But Deepshika from Simplilearn committed that I can process the loan first and then choose any cohort I want. Deepshika had very cleverly called using WhatsApp. As soon as I processed the loan i got into the next immediately Cohort and I change the cohort and waited for the class till then. And the fight with Simplilearn and my health began, I finally changed cohort and attended two classes and face health issues again. Worse is i didnt like the classes either. I am always someone who works with what i have and I finally called my coordinator to cancell the class because of family and health issues and the course i not what that was promised. The coordinators name is Bagyashree and she simply said IT IS A UNIVERSITY PROGRAM and IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. I was shook, because i did UG and PG with deemed universities and i have never heard for such ridiculous policies.I kept asking her to cancel the course and she stopped responding to me. Had she given me the right email id to mail i would have raised this earlier. Meanwhile, men from Propelle started calling and threatening me and my husband to pay. They told me there is no way we will win this in court and SIMPLILEARN has a no-cancellation policy. (Meaning you live or die you study the course or not) you have to pay, I am depressed, I am not able to work at peace and it is not a small amount(Rs.1, 55, 000) for me to pay. Simplilearn simply closed the matter by saying refund policy and refused to refund or close the loan. They told i can go for another course. But after this awful experience no learner will ever study with them again. The key point here is, I am not the only person this cohort change money winning strategy was used. So many people are suffering because of this very same strategy and platform. They are supposed to make education feasible for students and working professionals. But instead, they are selling a product and are claiming such nonsense. To anyone who is reading this, DO NOT TRUST SIMPLILEARN, IF YOU STILL WANT TO GO AHEAD DO NOT GO WITH LOAN PARTNERS THEY HAVE, and keep in mins they care nothing about teaching and they just want to earn money.
