[Resolved] Simplilearn — payment / invoice related | |||
Dear sir/maam, I applied for a course from simplilearn in tems that if course is not relevant to me then i can cancel it within a month. After attending two sessions i informed their executive to cancel it and he did acknowledged no. Of time and assured me that cancellation is in process. This loan was issued with this condition and fraud statement was given by simplilearn executive. I informed all these things in the beginning only to simplilearn executive and team member who came for collecting documents then also loan was passed and money is getting deducted from my account.. I have shared the whats app chats details and voice recording proofs too but till now no actions have been taken. I request this forum to take legal actions for these kinds of services and torment to customers. Kindly help in refunding the amount and cancel it.
